Un hotel muy básico en comparación con su precio. Las habitaciones son sumamente pequeñas. No hay elementos de aseo en el baño. Se escucha ruido toda la noche y en la madrugada. El Jacuzzi no se puede usar por su alta temperatura.

La Martina is a relaxing little hotel with wonderful staff. It's not a high end luxury hotel, but very clean, quiet, in a great location and attentive, friendly front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff. I stayed a full two weeks to explore Medellin as a potential retirement option, my first stay in Colombia. Only steps away from the hotel are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars, yet it is very quiet unlike the El Poblado party zone which is also easy to reach on foot. It is also very safe in Manila, Poblado where La Martina is located. I will gladly stay again. I can't speak to the negative reviews also listed here, but my experience was much difference. Big shout out to the staff and manager Hector, Dylan, Marvin, Jacqueline, Gibson, Riccardo, Juan and the others whose names I don't recall!…

No puedo opinar sobre el hotel, que bonito es.. pero si sobre spacio, el restaurante de este hotel. Bien organizado y ambientado, buen servicio, tomamos menú del día y excelente opción, muy buen precio, detalles de calidad.. recomendable!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4days over the new year and it was great. The staff are friendly and really helpful. They were happy to print our bus tickets and call taxis. They have good wifi and a laundry service which got our clothes back to us the same day. Breakfast was included in the price and was of a good standard. We had fruit, juice, coffee and a choice of omelette or scrambled eggs with toast, pancakes or arepa. The restaurant has some great food and the staff are really nice. The location was pretty good roof terrace and jacuzzi are a nice addition Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We booked a few months in advance for this hostel. When we arrived, the room was not available because the water was not working. The hoitel staff rebooked us to a large business hotel on a highway, 30 minutes away. Not happy with the room there.

Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy céntrico y cerca del poblado. Un punto a mejorar es cambiar el desayuno ya que estando ahí de 3 días o más suele ser muy monótono, desayunar lo mismo aburre.

Outrageously overpriced for a low key 2 star hotel: they charge less in 5 stars hotels in Medellín. They charge 5% on top of Booking.com prices for payment with credit cards. Unheard about. No A/C in the cheapest rooms and they don't bring a fan despite the fact we asked for one. Terrible arrogant attitude of receptionist and owner. They don't make up rooms or clean them before the second day of stay. Stained bed cover. Overpriced drinks and cocktails on the rooftop bar. No amenities in the awfully small rooms (no closet, no minibar, no safe, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, no soap...) No elevator No bell boy No car park Cheap IKEA furniture in the rooms. Most expensive room with a balcony overlooked a noisy construction site. 1 light bulb didn't work in one of the 2 rooms we booked. What they call a pool on the rooftop is actually a large bathtub for 2 persons. We booked and paid another 2 rooms for 2 days and cancelled them considering the bad quality of this property. 1 hour later, they only accepted to refund 60% of the payment, which is unheard about. The only nice thing is the rooftop bar where smoking is allowed. …
