No puedo negar que el hotel esta en muy buena ubicación, sin embargo no los recomendaria. Cucarachas en la habitacion, mala atencion, nevera dañana y no nos la repararon, moho en las cortinas, no lavan bien las sabanas, entre algunas cosas. ... I cannot deny that the hotel is in a very good location, however I would not recommend it. Cockroaches in the room, bad attention, damaged refrigerator and they didn't repair it for us, mold on the curtains, they don't wash the sheets well, among some things.

If you're looking for a fun and lovely hotel experience, this is the place to be! The mood and atmosphere was infectious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's nightlife. I highly recommend Selvario 36 Hotel.

So after reading other reviews I took a gamble, and booked this hotel for 3 nights directly. A massive mistake, so the rooms are as described very small and with limited storage they are however quite funky and we could have lived with the size. But the noise was a MAJOR problem Hip Hop coming from 10 different directions absolutely no chance of sleep until the cacophony of noise ceased at 4am. It was hell on earth, for the first time ever we forfeited 2 nights of prepaid accommodation and fled to another hotel 4 k’s away. So unless you are a huge hip hop fan or suffer from Industrial deafness, DO NOT stay here.

The staff was very kind and the breakfast is included in your rate, the prices and service are good, the room is nice but the bathroom is pretty small, we booked a junior suite which has a hot tub but you have to call front desk to turn it on and there’s is not phone in the room

The hotel looked very nice in the photographs on the internet, not in real life !!!!, I was very UPSET with the hotel ameneties , (1) One small elevator for a 7-story hotel, sometimes you had to wait more than 5 minutes, (2) The reception is inside in the restauran in first floor , t did not know if it was to reserve a table restaurant or check in the hotel , the space was very small, (3) The room was "super smal"l in internet look big room , the bathroom extremely small for a tall person, you cannot sit and close the bathroom at the same time, The bed is very small too , there is no space to walk in the room, there are no closets in the room , it is impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the street, the windows do not have an "anti-noise system", the shower is in the Poorly finished upper floor, super-delayed cleaning service because the power went out for 2 hours. (4) There is no place inside the hotel to work remotely on the Internet, the restaurant on the first floor is not part of the hotel and that confuses the guest. (5) The breakfast, the coffee tasted horrible, the eggs and bread poorly prepared, the only beautiful part of the hotel is the roofto nice view of the city they open only in the later, I paid $440 for two nights, too much money to what the hotel has, I really do not recommend it.…

Service was excellent Great location, Terrible customer service when an issue was delivered to the manager of the hotel. We were unable to sleep on a Saturday night due to a private party at the rooftop we were awake until 4am and as excuse by the manager is a 3rd party company. On Tuesday morning around 4am the security of the hotel was knocking at our door and I asked the front desk why? They stated that they thought we had an extra person in our room which was false, I told them to check on their cámaras after they confirmed that it was the wrong room. The manager did not offer any type of compensation due to the inconvenience that we encountered in this property. On our last day he offered me a discount if I would like to come back and stay( not coming back ) I have contact booking for a resolution since a booked directly with them.…

We discovered it serendipitously and we spent there 4 days. The building is small, the rooms small too and inevitably more decorated with neo techno flair and this Amazon touch with all sorts of defective details: rock countertop looming big, dysfunctional and slow to empty. shower with fixed showerhead unfriendly to women a l' americaine. beds 175 x 175 a grid distturbing western standards. lift or elevator facilities weak for dynamic use. pseudo marble paint, a clever trompe-l'œil, in this almost dysfunctional all in ne. safe above the toilet where you may most securely bump your head. reception, lounge, restaurant, snack bar, bar, cafeteria all in one. However this list of incongruous dysfunctionalities ex intitio, i.e. that is how the property was organised, is compensated by an excellent, versatile, dedicated, inspired, energetic, youthful staff- starting from the chambermaid to the receptionists (especially this Sara!!!). The managers who are ubiquitous, well versed in English like almost everyone are there to solve problems and to cater personally and the almost manage that. New hotel in the heart of El Poblado. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room decor was amazing very detailed room. My only complaint was the noise at night which we were told the room was noise proof. Other than that we had an amazing stay, will recommend to everyone.
