Get the standard room and bring ear plugs

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was absolutely fantastic. I had arranged pick-up at the airport, since I was landing late in the evening. A driver was supposed to be there holding a sign with my name. Nobody was there. It took three phone calls to the hotel for someone to appear, who blamed his late arrival on traffic. However, on the ride to the hotel, late on a Sunday evening, there were barely any cars on the road. They make it sound like they have this reliable car service they use all the time, but in reality they are just random drivers. The message I received from the hotel said the price was 120,000 pesos, but they sent a message to the driver with a price of 130,000. I indicated, when asked, that I would pay by card, but the driver could only take cash. The hotel was not able to help out by charging me and paying the driver. It was obvious the driver had never dealt with the hotel before. All in all, very messy and unprofessional. I paid for a superior room with a balcony. This balcony was a walled-in patio on the ground floor, with a view of about twenty (noisy) air conditioning units. So don’t waste your money on that, just get a standard room. I could follow my neighbour’s telephone conversation (both sides of it) very clearly through the walls. The people talking in the hallway also sounded as if they were in my room. So sound proofing is not great. Breakfast the first morning was okay, not a huge choice, and if you ask for a cappuccino instead of a regular coffee with milk, you need to pay extra. Cheap much? The second morning I was getting picked up at 7:30, so I was there at 7:03. At 7:25 I left without breakfast, even though people who arrived after me already had theirs. So yeah, it looks nice and it’s definitely comfortable, but there is a lot to improve on…

Hello Franck, we received your reply and we understand that your experience was not the best and we want to clarify a few things. 1) about the shuttle, we use a company called AEROTUREX who is a trusted partner, what happened to you does not have to happen to any of our guests and we are already taking all the necessary corrections. Thank you very much for letting us know. 2) Regarding your suite, we checked our system, and even the OTA through which you made the reservation confirms that your reservation was in ¨suite superior¨ not in a suite with balcony. We have only been open for a month and we have not yet installed the air conditioning covers, we hope to soon finish adapting our hotel. 3) Breakfast is not a buffet but has several combinations that allow you to try different breakfast styles. We appreciate your comments as they will help us to improve and provide a better experience to our guests. We invite you to visit us again in the future so we can improve the experience you had.

There is no good internet service and you cannot work.

There is no good internet service and you cannot work. The breakfast has a very slow service and the orange juice is artificial. The coffee is not good. The valet service is very friendly. The rooms are new and well decorated, as well as the soap and amenities. The safe box is very small and does not fit a laptop. The balcony door is very heavy and cannot be opened. It is clean. It is close to a mall walking 10 mins. It has a restaurant on the top floor with a magnificent view. The menu is creative and well priced. The wines are not that good but the cocktails are better.

Blues Suites

Excelent Suites 100% Recommended Cannario rooftop restaurant has great views and great food. Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern Easy access and very close to malls and entertainment areas. I would Definitely book again there on my next visit
