I am so glad I chose the Sites Hotel for my one week stay in Medellin. It is located on a nice and quiet street, an easy ten minute walk from the metro (the hotel very helpfully allowed me to use one of their metro cards which I simply topped up and then returned at the end of my stay. The metro is really easy to use and a great way to get about). There is a nice cafe next door to the hotel, a mini supermarket across the street and some other eateries which I didn’t try. I stayed in a loft room on the 11th floor and the view from the small balcony was amazing. The room was huge and had a kitchen area and table. The hotel has lots of good amenities including a swimming pool, laundry facilities, gym and a good restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The staff on reception all spoke great English thankfully, as my Spanish is not very good. The hotel is really clean throughout and the bedding and towels in my room smelled so fresh. There was also a really good hairdryer in the bathroom. One small issue is that the bedroom doors aren’t sealed/soundproofed very well, but it only really bothered me briefly one night when the guy across the hall played guitar for a while. Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff is extremely helpful. The room is always clean and the atmosphere is great. The pool and common areas are a must. Wish we could stay longer. Gracias por todo!

We arrived in this hotel after a bad night experience in a previous hotel! The staff was super kind and with a very good English! Check in with no problem even if very early! Room very large and comfortable with really everything you need! Furnitures a bit dated with some scratches but all very clean and comfortable! 3 pillows several type of bedding from duvet or just blanket! Really recommend this hotel in a nice area too

A really great hotel. Clean and comfortable on quiet street in a safe neighbourhood. And best of all the staff is terrific. If you a looking for a great base from which to explore Medellin, this it. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in Poblado. 10 minute walk to Light Rail, supermarket, eateries. Excellent restaurant within the hotel. Best pasta carbonara I've had in years; prices extremely reasonable. Cook to order breakfast. Helpful front desk staff. Some street noise with my east side room; west side rooms likely more quiet (?) and with a better view.

Huge, quiet room. Great balcony. Wonderfully quiet area within quick walking distance (uphill) to restaurant and party central (El Poblado). The beds were nice. The only downside is that the room is really, really dark. It is a large room and had four tiny (maybe two by two inch) lights on opposite sides of it, one lamp with a dark shade and a tiny reading lamp in between the two beds. It was very depressing at night which is the only time we were there. I had to use my phone flashlight to find anything in my suitcase. The people here are very nice and the maintenance very responsive when our ac started dripping. The laundry room was fantastic!

A very comfortable, spotless clean hotel in a pleasant area. The staff at the reception is extremely professional and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, just a little dark (adding a lamp or two would help). In the area there are a few restaurants. The area felt safe and quiet.

The staff is great, very friendly and willing to help. The food is great, very nice selection of fresh juices and fruits, eggs as you prefer. The hotel is very well located in El Poblado, in a geen and quiet area. The view from our room was spectacular.

Really enjoyed our four night stay in Sites. The apartments are spacious with a separate living area, small kitchen and balcony. The rooftop swimming pool is great to relax at the end of a hot day. Location is ideal; < 10 mins walk to the centre of Poblado but sufficiently out of the way so it’s quiet at night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful leafy area and a nice hotel. The rooms are nice and big and perfect for three adults sharing. We had a nice breakfast it’s not the biggest choice but what we had was good. The housekeeping staff are lovely and helpful. The laundry room is very handy. Nice little deck and pool area and the gym is ok. The staff here on the whole are very good but on three nights of are four night stay there was one guy on reception weds/ thurs / Friday who was so rude and unprofessional and my Colombian colleague was so shocked how he spoke to us. Why this guy is on the front desk is beyond me. This is why no five from me.
