1. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We left our number, and asked the front desk to call us when we could check in. Nobody ever did. 2. Lifted the covers and found a few pubic hairs and food crumbs on the bed sheets. Only managed to have them changed after 3 calls to the front desk and 2.5 hours of waiting. 3. Booked the more expensive option with free breakfast only to be told that breakfast isn't included in our stay. 4. The room itself is dinky, with no outside facing window, painfully slow WiFi, and strange banging noises audible throughout the day. You have been warned.

Sometimes the food here can be pretty good and prices are in line with the neighborhood. However, tonight I ordered a plate of empanadas that were still ice cold in the center. I ate one and told the waiter who seemed concerned. Still made me pay for them, though. I will say that the people here are nice, but I won't be returning, despite living across the street.

We found this hotel while walking the streets of Calle 70 in Medellin. We needed to find a new hotel after our disappointing experience. From the moment we made the first contact to the last moment it was super service. Is a clean, modern, comfortable and well-situated whit an easy walk to the tube station, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and clubs. Our first two nights were very noisy outside because it was La Feria de Medellin, but as soon as the party season ended all was well. They have a restaurant and room service. The staff are very attentive and caring.

This was an outstanding hotel experience. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility, especially our room, was clean and comfortable.The complementary breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of items. The location was perfect, in an area that was vibrant and alive. Getting around was not a problem. We had room service shortly after we arrived. We ordered fish and pasta afredo from the menu. The food was exceptionally good and well presented. This hotel will be my preferred lodging facility whenever I am in Medellin and I hope to visit Medellin often.

This was an excellent hotel in a bustling area of bars and restaurants. The large space room was light tile with wood furniture. Our room on the 6th floor had a private steam room and two person soaking tub. The windows were off the Main Street so the noise of the front was not annoying. A buffet breakfast was included and the little tables were available for drinking and partying the rest of the day. The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to give us ice reguardless if we ordered drinks from them. I would definitely stay here again.

As I was walking down Carrera 70, I stopped in at this hotel to ask for restaurant recommendations. They told me they had a great restaurant in their hotel, so, I decided to try it. They spoke little English, however, the service was excellent - the food was even better! I tried the Cod topped with a cream sauce, bacon, and shrimp. It came with fries and a salad. The flavor was rich, creamy, and delicious. Truly enjoyed every part of this meal for a great price (I believe it was less than 30.000 COPS) Stop in for a coffee or a great meal! :)

Killing time and came in for a snack. Nice place. My frappe was delicious. Did not realize that this was part of a hotel. Looks nice. Other people's lunches appeared to be delicious. Bathroom is clean and classy.

this hotel is small but it was safe and very clean. Its in a busy part of town and it was kinda noisy.. But totally worth it. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again- they included a delicious daily breakfast.

This was a return trip to Medellín for medical reasons. Mom and daughters were with. This street never slept though with windows closed, was not disturbing (think it was sound proof). Street itself was constantly active between night life and restaurants. Door key system was broken for first night (staff had to open door with master key) but fixed by next day. Small bathroom. Staff was very friendly but did not speak any english

I used this Hotel forn the PanAm masters 2015. It is less tha a kilometer to reach the Atanasio Girardot Sports Complex and about half km. to stadium metro station. The hotel has a nice basic breakfast included. The rooms are ok but if you are on a weekend you will have a lot of noise because the main street has a lot of night life. All colombian service and staff are friendly so you don't have to worry. WiFi worked excellent all the time and is free.
