This Hotel was centrally located in a local downtown like feel. Also it is secure with an armed guard and a gated parking lot and very family friendly, our children were free to run about and socialize openly and boisterously with other guest children in lobby area. The property itself is clean and the view on the top floor is very nice, you can get a view of the city. The downside however is the staff, food and accommodations. My husband, daughter and mother in law got food poisoning from the breakfast. Also the beds were so hard one night we opted to sleep on the floor the last night rather than let the hotel staff know about our displeasure than endure the eye rolls and ill mannered attitudes of the front desk staff especially since they gave us grief about requesting rooms on the same floor since they have a two person a room policy and tried to make us get another room to put my 11 year old son and eight year old daughter on another floor. They were really incompetent with check in and checking out, literally stopping to have private conversations with friends that walked in on the street when we were checking in. This hotel is very poorly ran. Staff NEEDS hospitality training and just basic integrity since they were found in several little white lies. NEEDS New Staff, Health Inspections and Better beds. To eat you have to get a ticket from sassy front desk attendants that may or may not be in a good mood when asking for this ticket. We will NEVER stay here again and will NEVER recommend that anyone else does.…
This hotel was good. It had all the amenities that made the stay comfortable. I stayed in a double room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were on the firm side but it really wasn't as bad as some of the other comments made it out to be. I slept well. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast, it was basic. I requested an iron and got it within 10 mins with a tiny iron board. They have security throughout the night and the overall property was clean. The location was perfect; clubs, bars, and restaurants in every direction. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hassle-free stay and a great location.
Room is good size and bed is firm. Very clean. Lots of restaurants, shops within walking distance, near Metro. Free WiFi and breakfast (few choices but ok). Downside is few staff spoke English, and no safe in room. Have to request extra hand towels. Overall good value. Would return. Rooms facing street more noisy. Higher floors quieter. Rooftop very beautiful night view of Medellin.
Very clean, this hotel seemed modern and newly renovated. Great rooftop bar for drinks (the gym also on the roof so it has a great view too!). Right in the middle of a main road with lots to do. Continental breakfast in the morning.
Rooms are spacious but a bit bare. Bed is so hard it can be difficult for some travelers, but if ask for a "soft topper" it is tolerable. Nice roof top area. Location is good within walking distance to Metro in the midst of a Party Neighborhood. They offer a breakfast which is really so bad except for the coffee. I know it is a Spanish speaking country, but if the hotel wants to be a four star, they need to some people who can communicate in english with guests .... no one speaks english
