Almaviva is very well located - close to metro station (Estadio), stores and restaurants. Just one note for light sleepers: if you have a problem with it, maybe consider bringing ear plugs, because walls are rather thin.
The hotel is located near a metro station (Estadio) and 70th street. Transportation is very easy. The hotel is clean, but my last morning I had an unwanted guest in my room. The service is very good and it seems the hotel works hard in that aspect. I was not fully happy with the service at the dinning room, I filed a complaint and the management put a lot of effort trying to solve the situation. I was quite satisfied with the result.
