Average at best with terrible customer service. This is not a 3 or 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It looks and feels like a cheap motel in the US. The ladies at the front desk trick you by providing different information before your cancellation window and once you get to the hotel, they use the old bait and switch tactic. I had the worst experience with this hotel and it ended up costing me 75 % in extra charges and fees. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to put yourself through the same kind of torture that I went through. Stay away and book some other hotel.

This hotel is in an awesome location. Near many restaurants bars and nightlife. It is a mile walk to metro to take you into downtown. Breakfast was good. Rooms very clean with hot showers. Would definitely stay here again.

second time staying in this hotel this year. Rooms are simple but clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast did the job. Location is great - loads of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Wifi worked fine. Would recommend

My daughter and I toured in Colombia for 2 weeks during May and stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in twin room. Location: Walking distance to most main point of interest in Poblado area Room: Relatively big with basic modern decoration, moderately clean, not quiet at nights, quality bed mattress Service: Very good, not everybody speak English, but everybody are committed to help. Breakfast: Good, scrambled ages, fruits, breads, tea/coffee & Orange juice. Wifi: Had relative good Wifi with few disconnected from time to time.

Nice modern hotel in trendy neighbourhood. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Only problem was noise from nearby bars late at night.

stay away from the rooms without window (the majority), they strongly smell after mildew even though not visible. loundry is too expensive, charged me more than they told me in previous. there was not all the time warm water. having the sink in the room doesn't make sense to me. good location, good shower. breakfast ok.

Great neighborhood, several good restaurants and bars right on the same street, which can be a detriment on Saturday night at 1:00 a.m. when you're trying to sleep. The room was little on the small size, wonderful bed even if pillows were crunchy. Breakfast was included. Only drawback is that is a walk up, no elevator available.

Great location near Parque Lleras. Nice clean hotel, my room was remodeled and nice. Definitely a little cramped though, I felt like I was in Europe. Queen bed was a little too big for the small room firmer than I like. The shower will definitely be tight for large people. Can't beat the price for the location though. Just a 3 block walk from the park with hundreds of restaurants and bars withing walking distance. If you need to do some laundry there is a small coin operated place two doors down. You can go another two doors down to Bogota beer company while your clothes are in the wash. I would go back. My friends stayed at Torre Pablado south of the Park for about the same price. The rooms there were older but larger. Flip a coin!

Personally, I have really enjoyed my stay at Element Hotel. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel owner was fantastic. Efficient, helpful, and driven. It was a real pleasure. I would definitely recommend it. The B&B is in great location if you are planning of going out, there is plenty of bars and restaurants around. On the other hand, you will have to walk a bit if you want to catch the metro to travel around the city.
