After reading reviews I was nervous. However this hotel way exceeded my expectations. It’s absolutely beautiful. Desk Staff friendly and extra helpful. My room was super clean. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom amenities. Had an ocean view room which was spectacular. Had breakfast in the morning. Super friendly staff, delicious coffee and food. I will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Don’t get married here, don’t get married somewhere else and stay here, don’t involve this place with anything related to your wedding. There are plenty of reviews that say something along those lines, but we went with this place anyway because of limited options and money. The rooms are fine, though some are gross. It’s a crap shoot. Honestly, that’s not the problem. The problem is they are chronically understaffed, and what little staff they do have are working under incompetent management. For your wedding you will want to talk to someone and coordinate your day and after party - you won’t get this, Sure, you’ll get their events manager - James - but he will not help you or provide insight, instead he will lie to you. One minor example: after the wedding, we had an after party at one of the bars downstairs. We tried to coordinate a food and booze package with James, but he was unresponsive and when we did get a hold of him he was deliberately vague. So we agreed to pay based on consumption and ordered some vague platter of unknown food - they couldn’t even provide a menu. A few days before our wedding he said the bar was undergoing maintenance and they had to move us to the other bat for the after party - no big deal. Well the night before the wedding we go to the bar that was “under maintenance” and there is a MASSIVE party. Whatever, we still got the other place. Night of the wedding, everyone gets there around 930/10, we have the bar til 2AM (1:30 last call). First, no food - which we were told would be there and paid for. Second, the bar is no longer consumption, but on our tab - roughly 70 people. Still, whatever, people are having a great time so lets just carry on… The last straw was the lights were abruptly thrown on around 1130, about 90mins into the after party and they announce last call, instead of 130 - which was told to us, advertised on their website, and that we witnessed with our own eyes the night before. I raised the concerns to the bar manager, a squirly meth mouthed man with white glasses, and he literally LAUGHED in my face. There are more examples - from the absurd parking policy, to the room keys and elevator, to the hotel checking us (bride and groom) out of our room while we were getting ready for the wedding. Don’t do it, there’s a better way. PS - the breakfast sandwiches are great.

The room was nice but the hotel IS NOT OCEANFRONT! You can see the water from your room, if you get the right room. You can walk to the boardwalk. Parking was $45 a night. The restaurant on property was not open until the weekend(which I was not told when booking)

We stayed here for a wedding. The room was great - very comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again. My only issue was there did not seem to be sufficient Covid safety protocol in place - jamming a bunch of unmasked guests in an elevator does not seem wise. Did not see many masked employees.

Parking not available. Nasty hotel unprofessional management Andy. Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t have ocean view what I paid for. The hotel is very dirt and security + management is extremely unpredictable… not recommended to anyone
