We were three night there, it is definitely not worth the money, we were in much cheaper hotel and it was much better than in this one. They did not clean our room not even once in the time that we stayed there, they did not make the bed, they did not even gave us fresh towels in the three...

The rooms were old and tired broken bath hardware but the service was pitifully bad no bag service, didn't want to serve us dinner, Lots of rules 30,000 peso fine for each bottle of liquor brought in with NO BAR SERVICE...This place was built by someone really hip and has seen much better days but this place needs new owners...

This is a beautiful location, short trip to Parque Tayrona. It's not a fancy hotel, but it's certainly one of the nicest ones in the area. Great outdoor seating to lounge by pool and communal dining table. Chef cooks bfast and dinner, and you can walk to nearby beaches for lunch. Again it's not fancy and the area is remote,...

We had been looking forward so much to this part of our trip. A chance to unwind in a beautiful setting. What we got was one of the ´best' rooms, with one curtain rail almost on the floor, the other one barely hanging on by one support, no hot water and a malfunctioning shower, dirty room and bathroom, nowhere to...

Visited 4 cities during my trip to Colombia and this was, by far, the highlight of my vacation. Just 1.5 miles from Tayrona Park entrance and a few yards from 2 wonderful beaches (playa Los Angeles and playa Los Naranjos). The view from my room was breathtaking. The staff was really great with us helping with last minute transportation. A...

It looks like paradise but it is hell ! No one speaks any languages but Spanish. No one is there to help you. Rooms are terrible. Our room had serious issues with plumbing, rooms are not clean. Food is poor. Flies and mosquitos are part of the menu. Good luck !

My friend and I stayed here for two nights and were very happy with our stay. I had read about it in a Lonely Planet and I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews on here. I can confirm there was no one else staying at the hotel while we were there, but we kind of enjoyed that. We had...

The hotel is beautiful and has a great view of the national park on one end and the ocean on the other, however, the staff are simply useless. The only time they ever really talked to us was to knock on our door for dinner, which was one of the least healthy meals we'd eaten on our trip. The room...

You are on your own and you are in rural Colombia. No help with anything. Shower was broken, no lock in the balcony door and no security of any kind or any staff at night. I asked to leave my bag while going to the national park nearby in the morning. I was told it was ok when I checked...

I got food poisoning here, although the staff refused to accept it and made me pay for the lunch which made me sick. There was no bar or way to get drinks / snacks. The staff were unfriendly and we checked out after one night even though we had booked for 4. For the remaining 3 nights we went to...
