We normally love the water club...room was not the best...bed was horrible mattress was lumpy and sheets did not fit on bed properly. will stay in borgota hotel next time...had fun in the casino and food was great wherever we ate.
Housekeeping doesn’t send the things requested. I would like to receive a notice that rooms won’t be cleaned without a request. The hotel is beautiful and the food is great. Sanitizing dispensers we’re empty.
I only returned to Atlantic City a few months ago after having been to the casinos in Connecticut and I made sure to gamble at the Borgata to accumulate enough rewards points to enjoy complimentary points. Now it is the only hotel I will stay in when I visit AC
The hotel is located off the beaten path and is more exclusive and high end then any of the other Atlantic City hotels. The rooms are upscale and clean and I feel the clientele at MGM Borgata is more professional and less chaotic . The adult only pool is also a high tougher
We always prefer to stay at The Water Club when visiting Borgata. While not quite back to it’s pre-Pandemic glory, the pools and Sunroom are finally open, which restores much of the unique experience. Sunroom was not open mid-week, though. Our Club King room was clean and comfortable, although probably due for an upgrade.
Beautiful hotel. Great retail stores.clean rooms and pleasNt experience at sleeping time. Great entertainment available. Very pleasant and helpful staff around except for some individual at front desk.
Perfect AC casino. Clean rooms and facilities. Accommodating staff and great dining. Much better then any of the other casinos. Deck and pool were well maintained and clean. Parking was very fast and efficient
I just got back from a two day comped stay at the water club. The rooms were ok, nice view, great shower. The bathroom was the best part of the room. The walls are paper thin because I could hear the conversation in the next room. No clock..beds were ok. The hotel itself is beautiful, a lot of walking to get to anything, but very clean. That’s where the two stars come in. Trying to get food is another thing. Several things were closed, The beer garden by the pool closed. The sunroom was close. American grill closed. The metropolitan was closed until 8. The food at the Marketplace was a really bad food court. The Taco place and chopped were closed. Tried going to the room to get room service nobody picks up the phone. Not at 4pm, 9pm or 8 am when it opens. My daughter waited in line 30 minutes for a grilled cheese and egg sandwich because we were starving at this point, along with everyone else on line. The pools close at 6pm. Spa and immersion pool closed. This property is not on the boardwalk so there is no running out to another restaurant. The casino was a little Smokey, I used to smoke so it doesn’t bother me as much, my eyes started to burn after awhile. Be careful in the slots you go from penny slots to $25 slots around the bend. Waitress did come around but a half hour later I have already moved. Like I said my room was comped, however if I paid $400 a night I would be furious.…
My friends and my husband had a really great time during our stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating…we used to win each time we’re there and played at the Casino but since it was acquired by MGM, winning seems way too difficult, lately we lose all the time!😔
Paid for early check in , room was not ready and room was dirty with used towels and bed unmade. Had to wait since there was no other rooms available. Also all pools were closed, had to walk over to borgata to use outdoor pool.
