If I could give this place a minus start I would. It was the worst place I ever stayed in. They need to be shut down! How do a place like this stay in business. Run do not stay here. Sleep in your car!

For $125, we got holes in the walls, mirror falling off the wall, cigarette burns in the bedspread, awful smell, no controls on air conditioner, no telephones, among other issues. We took two rooms and the other was the same except the toilet stopped flushing early in the night. There were no other hotels in the area because of conventions so we had to stay. Do yourself a favor and sleep in a cardboard box instead of this place.

Absolutely horrible. $160 night. Holes in walls, plumbing not working (which I found out at 5:30 AM and the office was reluctant letting me use theirs), filthy bedding, no phone, air condtioner not working - was warm (husband slept in the car because it was too hot)... absolutely horrible. Had no choice but to stay because there was nothing else available. Read another review from 2003 that said it was under construction, well 3 years later and nothing has been done except maybe become even more dirtier.

My daughter and some friends went to AC for the weekend and stayed in this horrible place. She came home on Sunday and woke up Monday morning with bites all over her and bed bugs. Spent almost $3000 to have my house treated, new mattress, mattress cover, etc. Called motel and manager was a disgusting, rude man with no professional etiquette. He could have cared less about having bed bugs. Do not stay there

I have been in the hospitality business for 12 years and traveled extensively before that, and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The town was booked solid so we were stuck for two nights. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but our room reeked of smoke, and had cigarette burns on all of the furniture and the carpet. The lamp shades were stained yellow from all the smoke. There were long black hairs on our pillows, bedspread, and throughout the bathroom. My wife went to the front desk and asked for cleaning supplies so she could clean our bathroom. These were given to her without comment (maybe it was a frequent request?). I was told that if there were no ashtrays in the room, it is non-smoking. The drawer in the credenza had a front and sides but no back or bottom. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy at any price. They knew the town was full and charged us $100 per night for this dump. Stay away!

I truly hope this business gets shut down by health and safety. I walked into a business owner who does not speak English fluently at all for him to be rude and dismissive of any questions i asked. He gave our room key and we walked into a 85 degree room that smelled of moth balls. The fridge was broken, the television was broken, the bathroom lights were broken and you had to wiggle the switch to get one light bulb to flicker on and off, and there were two outlets in the entire room neither near the bathroom or the beds. We walked to the front office and stated the television was broken and the bathroom light was as well. The owner came over and said TV won't work cause of service not cause its broken and the light he proceeded to flip on and off and never actually fix and stated he could do nothing else. We decided to make the best of the situation cause we would only be there to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night itchy my hands neck and feet. I looked in the mirror to find large welts from something biting me in my sleep. I was covered in them and reported this to the owner in the morning. He stated OK you check out now give your key. Never asked if I was okay or that he would check the room or apologized for this. It was a disgrace and I only hope people will read this and be deterred from staying here.

The room was terreble. The room was filled with smoke from the next door room. I did not have a peaceful rest the entire stay. All clothing had to be washed and drycleaned on return

This motel is ok for the price and the owners were very nice and helpful. They are making improvements to the place. The bed was fine and the room quiet. We stayed mid-week and didnt see any coffee or breakfast of any type but this might be available on weekends. No bathtub, just a shower. I would stay there again.

I was very tired , just needed to sleep and the $34 price lured me in .
I made sure to ask if they had wi fi , as I wanted to keep in touch, and they said they had . I should have got suspicious when they asked me for cash as their pc was down , and they could not scan my ID either .
The place looked like a $34 hotel , but I figured that was par for the course . The room smelt worse than some dog kennels I know , and the wi fi soon failed .
When I went back to reception I met the disagreeable old man mentioned in other reviews , He was indeed rude to a level where a good smack in the head was required , and din not understand English or talk it , and refused to give me a refund
The wi fi was sporadic , and after ready other reviews I went to the nearest store for food ( and bug spray ). I could not order food from the provide menu , because the phone did not work , neither did the bedside lights . The shower looked like an adventure , in I'm a celebrity get me out of here , and the TV was an antique , I was actually surprised it was a colour one, no TV guide and from the reception , the cable must have been put in in the late 70's
The only redeeming feature of the entire stay was the spectacular sunset visible form the window

The ONLY place in town that did not "gouge" us because we were in town for a convention!
Not a bad place for the money...a little dusty and cobwebs in the closets. Shower (no tub-thank goodness) was a physco shower (scarey/no light!)
Bathroom window did not lock but it DID overlook the "bay"...swamp. In fact ALL the rooms had a veiw of the "bay" (stange little swamp)
A little frustrated with all the noise from the partiers coming back after midnight....was going to call the front desk, but NO one (that we could find) stays there at night!!
All in all, not a bad place for the $$

It's a couple miles drive. Probably 3. This is in West Atlantic City which is part of a different township. This place is close to the kitesurfing though
