I have visited Ocean many times. They keep drawing me in with nice offers for free play and give aways. It clean and welcoming. Decorated lovely. The food options are plentiful. The pizza at Roccos is good. Fast line at the Rewards desk and Gift redemption.

First time we stayed at thus property and it was very enjoyable Used valet parking and bell hops which was a smart move. Our accessible room 2510 was clean, spacious with a great view of the ocean and atlantic city boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable with heavy devout to keep us warm. Casino provided with us with a lot of fun and we actually won! Enjoyed the food at the Italian restaurant, the pan asian breakfast spot and a pizza joint next to the box office. Housekeeping, valet and bell services all worked great. Top notch security staff made us feel safe. At the end of the boardwalk away from the scary characters mid boardwalk. Went to see lucy the elephant in margate. Suggestion, go during the week when the kids were back in school A couple of things... No shower curtain in bathroom. Large property, take that into account if you walk with a cane or walker. Even Rosie enjoyed it...…

I think the beverage serving staff needs more help to lower their burdon. Also needs more stations to redeem the tickets and braking the bills. We usually play at Hardrock casino who provides us complimentary rooms as well.

Traveling for work - Superb room Jessica was our concierge at checkin. She was patient , kind and accommodating. She displayed the utmost professionalism. We had a challenge Checking in and she waited patiently while we resolved the issue. We did have a renovated room , which was amazing for a first time stay. Great views , comfy beds , huge bathroom, nice ample lightening in the room . Ordered room service- that was a no…(tasted like hospital food) and overpriced for simple items . I got a quesadilla and soda ($54) Tried the Ocean Steakhouse ! Delicious 🤤 Nice Work Ocean! - Fix that nasty room service food though…

We love our visits to the Ocean Casino Resort! There is so much to do and enjoy that we can stay for a few days and not even gamble...However we do find some time for the casino as well. :) Very well worth the 2-hour drive.

The hotel has the luxury feel you want when being on vacation. The staff is very polite and professional. The view from our room was great, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Room prices are very descent. Some amenities in the casino/hotel are a bit too overpriced in some situations. Some areas of the hotel were closed, which wasn't showing on the website when we booked. An all day breakfast restaurant was something we couldn't find, but those are small details. I still would strongly recommend, we will definitively go back!

Clean nicely lit, easy parking. Staff was pleasant. Nice new slot machines. Far from the other casino. Young people. You need to drive or use the cabbies on the Boardwalk for $4. The hotel is separate from the Casino.

hotel is clean & room was spacious but thats where it ends ..! we were excited to stay at the great ocean resort but were very disappointment staring from checkout the check in agent was extremely rude , despite asking for a higher floor at booking & begging him for a higher floor at check in even at a paid upgrade he never bothered to help & we got a SECOND FLOOR ( this is on an off season night &you can see half rooms are unoccupied at night from outside ) When you try to call reception for ANY reason you get an automated call and you have to join a WAITING LIST ! something that is 1st for me ... my humbled advisee is .. save your money for your gaming ... WILL BE HAPPY TO SHARE ALL DETAILS WITH THEIR MANAGEMENT BUT I KNOW THEY DONT CARE
