This is our 3rd stay at the Hard Rock and we loved every time we were there. Great atmosphere and the rooms are very nice and clean. The Hatd Rock beach is awesome. It was our first time on the beach.
I haven't been there since pre-pandemic. It was nice to be in a clean great room with entertainment within reach of a quick elevator and little walk again. I've stayed at plenty of casino hotels but I'm drawn back to the Hard Rock. It has everything I want making it the reason I don't travel to the other places near by. I also like how simple check in and check out is. Jeff T
Hotel was great. Pool area could be improved. Stay away from Il mullino restaurant. Overpriced and awful food. They did refund our money. Burgers are awesome. Hotel rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Check in and check out are very easy. Room service was efficient. A tip and service fee was included. Room service is expensive but good.
What a great place to visit at the Jersey shore. This facility is well managed and it shows in the friendly staff ,cleanliness and fun atmosphere. There is gambling a plenty no matter if you’re a slots player or prefer the table games. The choices of restaurant on site are plentiful and in my opinion are all 5 star!! When heading to A/C , you must spend some time at Hard Rock! The rooms and suites will impress!
We had a blast from the valet, to the front desk, the bell service, the curates the room the casino host, and then the beach bar, Connie the server, and the legends Vinnie, and the gaming, and let’s not forget the terrace wow! Wonderful, we met in Mississippi Hard Rock and planned this trip to come where I play, I travel to all the hard rocks around the country, world and so far this is the best one yet
Love the hospitality and quality of service. Everything was clean and tidy …. The front desk was generous enough to give us an upgrade also which we loved ….. awesome. We would love to be back whenever we get a chance again…….. keep rocking hard rock hotel and casino resort
This is my favorite Resort Casino in Atlantic City. The restaurants are great and I love the pool!!!!! The Oceanview rooms are great and the room service is phenomenal!!! Also my favorite slot machines are here!!!!
Usually I stay in the South Tower. This time I given an Ocean view room with a view of Steel Pier. The Rooms are great, but if you are elderly or have difficulty walking, the North Tower may not be for you. You have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor walk down a long corridor to take another elevator to your room. To me the South Tower is a lot quieter than the North. Even as a diabetic I was able to eat at the restaurant and be accommodated with my special needs. The atmosphere and energy is great. I’ve seen a great increase of families. I loved the new slots and cleaning staff is very visible.
I have been in Hard Rock Cafes in Universal Studios and Miami and the food was really good almost worth the overprice hamburgers and salads, then again I know that was a while ago before the pandemic, but We just went to the Hard Rock cafe restaurant in Atlantic city and I was a little disappointed because the prices are higher but the quality of the food is lower. They do have these little food shops inside the casino and the food looks good and not as expensive. I guess we will have to try them some time.
We had a great STAY! The Room was clean and quiet. The halls leading up to our area Decorated Fabulously! Great spots to dine! Our favorite was the Asian Restaurant! The best feature: THEY HAD LIVE BANDS EVERY NIGHT! YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR ENTERTAINMENT! WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME!
