Just returned home from a stay at Resorts Atlantic City. We were invited guests due to our status at Mohegan Sun. We arrived at 4:30 and were informed at check-in that our room was not available. However, 3 other guests checked in and received their keys while I was standing at the desk. I told the front desk agent I was willing to take any available room (1 king or 2 queens, any tower, etc) yet he assured me another room was not available. After insisting on speaking with a manager, magically a clean room was found. I do not understand the run around when there was a room available. The room was clean but very outdated and desperately in need of a reno. When I went to cash in my vouchers at the cashier in the casino, the clerk was downright rude and nasty. I have an upgraded paramount card and went onto the special line at the cashier. The Paramount cashier had her counter closed so I waited patiently for someone to take me at another counter which did not happen. People who arrived AFTER me were being served before me. So I walked up to the desk when the next clerk was available and he was the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever met. When I asked him what I was supposed to do since no one was helping me, he condescendingly told me to take my money and go. I have never been spoken to like that ever. It was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Between the poor service and the completely outdated rooms, I do not foresee myself returning here again.…
Looking for some fun away from home, make Resorts Casino Hotel your stop when in Atlantic City. The service is impeccable from the moment of checking in to the time you are ready to leave! The rooms are the best we have experienced, clean, roomy and top of the line. The restaurants are the best in Atlantic City, and even the food court provides excellent options if eating on the go. They even have a Dunkin Donuts in the Casino which everyone loves. The Casino hosts are the best and the table games and electronic games are all the best we have experienced. Stay at Resorts and be spoiled!
This hotel is so disgusting, I don’t know how Mohegan Sun has their name on this place. It’s dirty, the staff is rude, the casino smells so bad And the board walk is sketchy. I wish I didn't have to sleep here
I arrived at 11:30 am and self parked across from the front door to check in. My room was on the 40th fl king size bed gorgeous!. Alina was most gracious for my any need like more lotion etc Clean Safe welcoming
This is a great place to stay. We were here for 2 nights because my wife likes to gamble here, the best odds on the beach. They gave us room # 870, a corner room with great views. Plus, it's at the end of the hallway so you don't get noise from people walking past at 3am. We come to Resorts at least once a summer and always know it will be a good place to stay without issues. Parking is easy, good food & centrally located. Breakfast tip - go to the food court and get the breakfast sandwich with Canadian bacon. It comes with home fries, really good. The stand is across from Dunkin' Donuts, they have reasonably price snack food.
We checked in on Thursday afternoon found out cold water in sink not working complain to front desk said put work order in but "NOT FIXED" come down Fri and complain again said be fixed today and course not fixed !!! We were out alot Saturday and got back room late and course no cold water from sink. So Sunday down complain again talk to manager on Sunday the 19th she said be fixed today but we were checking out next day on Monday so why take so long, eventually around late 9pm after not working for 4 days & nights someone shows up to repair it and what compensation we get you wonder 'NOTHING' So if you stay here better watch yourself with sink water working and don't believe them when say work order was submitted cause seems they can not be ??
Heater doesn’t work. Nobody ever came to check on room to see why heat didn’t work. We wanted a swimming pool unfortunately they are remodeling the pool and didn’t know this information until I booked hotel. They have own food place inside hotel
Went to Patriots Inn. Williamsburg VA for a week. Planned on riding our motorcycle that week but because of the weather we were stuck in the room. It was clean but has ants. You have to take your trash to the dumpster on the other side of the building. I could go on and on about handicapped buildings but won't. The people were nice. The ownership has their head in the wrong place. At first I thought it was a pain in the neck but after a week, my opinion has lowered. Best advice is if you're thinking of this facility, DON'T.
Stayed at Resorts recently for my son's basketball tourney. Entering the run down Resorts hotel I knew it was not going to match the Casino experiences I typically enjoy in Las Vegas. Little did I know how offensive the experience would be. Leaving aside the out dated décor or the gag-worthy smells that waft throughout the various entertainment areas, our check in was delayed way past the noted "check-in" time with no apology or compensation. When we finally did get our room, we dragged our bags (there was no offer of bell services) to the room only to find that the room was already OCCUPIED!!! Embarrassed by this clear oversight that my son and I were subjected to, I returned to the front desk (multiple calls to the front desk manager went unanswered) to understand how Resorts could have been so negligent to expose us to such a confrontation and to violate someone else's security by providing us with keys to their room. Resorts handling of the matter was unacceptable. The compensation offered was wholly inadequate and they failed to even provide the little compensation that they promised. We will never return to this establishment and not be patrons of their affiliated hotel/Casino Mohegan Sun.…
