I hate the fact that the family swim time ends at 2pm. I'm on vacation and have to worry about waking up early enough to eat breakfast and make it to the pool in time. Is this hotel only catered to adults. Ive been coming here since I was a kid and looked foward to po time with my family in the winter. Now I would rather just go elsewhere even the local hotels.

Stayed in Rendezvous Tower for concert. Room is spacious but dated. The room had a dirty bedspread, used towels and dirty sink when we arrived. Housekeeping was there very quickly and addressed our needs. The room and hallway smelled faintly like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. Would recommend staying in the Ocean Tower instead. Was cleaner, more updated and less smoky. The hotel/casino itself was ok. Definitely not as modern as some other places in the boardwalk. I won't stay here again. Service was good but would prefer a newer/updated hotel.

Resorts is a great boardwalk hotel and casino. I like to play at Resorts and visit many times a year. Resorts is small enough to have a “ family” vibe. I know most of the employees and they know me. Waqar at the front desk is always welcoming, and he remembers my preference to be on an upper floor away from the elevator. The drink service on the casino floor is frequent. The lounge food is quite good. Dealers are fast which is how I like it. I wanted to win the Cadillac during the Christmas/New Years holiday, but didn’t. However, I had luck at the tables. Win or lose, I generally leave happy and look forward to my next visit to Resorts.

Good location in Atlantic City and a very good Sports Book. The Food Service in the Sports Book has reliable food quality and best pricing of all the Sports Books. The Hotel is good, with a year round pool, with Adult Swim Hours, so that guests are not subject to being included with kids. Don't check in until 3, as they will charge an early check in. The closeness to Hard Rock provides access to Hard Rock's restaurants.

Me and my boyfriend went for a quick getaway. The staff was horrible. I ask several waiters for a drink they said it wasn’t their area, i then got up from my machine and went to the waitresses podium asked for a drink. I was told to that I had to go back to my machine and actively playing. I went back to my machine, 30 mins went by still no waitress. So i went back to the waitress podium, this time i asked for a manager. The manager came out (Eleni) I explained to her that I waited 1 hour no waitress insight, i asked several waitresses no service. I then asked her would she be able to take my order, she said no. She stated “ I had to go back to my machine and actively be playing, so for the second I go back to my machine sat there for another 40 mins. Still no drink…..horrible service at its best.

stayed on the 3rd floor , not bad but when we left for dinner at 7pm and came back at 9pm the room was pitch black , when we left the lights on and the tv were off upon returning ....gets worse the heating unit was on to 67 which was fine ...we increased it to 71 ...by 3am we were both sweating bad i went to look at the where you adjust the heat and it was up to 79 !!!!! neither one of us put it up that high so how did it do that on its own the room was sweltering !!!! so we figured with the constant banging by our door and those events our room might have been a bit haunted lol but it was clean and fairly large the bathroom was tiny and could not put anything on the sides of it !!! otherwise the room are always clean !!!

Great stay. Convenient location. Decent sized rooms. Not as smoky casino. Christmas pop up bar - Candy Cane Lane was excellent. Breakfast at Breadsticks was excellent. Dining options are convenient and decent. Bridge connecting to Har Rock for concert was convenient. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I was offered a room for $79.00, which of course with all the fees and taxes, added up to $128.00. Then upon check in, I was told the room was $138.00. I showed the reservationist my receipt and she said it was wrong and charged us the $138.00. Then on the receipt, it indicated that upon check in, 10% would be deducted from my bill for booking a month in advance, which I did. The reservationist told me the 10% was already deducted in the total. I disagreed and asked her to add it up, which she refused and again told me it was included in the total. (I guess she didn't know how to deduct the 10%.) Then we were put in a room that had the loudest noise I ever heard, which sounded like the heating system recycling. The room literally shook. I was trying to block it out, but it was just too darn loud even with ear plugs. Then we went to Breadsticks for breakfast. The table we were seated at was filthy and I had to clean it myself. Then I ordered tea with my breakfast and used the half and half that was on the table. It was curdled. I asked for another tea and was given the half and half from another table, which again was curdled. I ordered another tea and asked the server to please give me milk instead. I have to say though that the server was wonderful and very patient. I don't think I will be staying at Resorts again. The last time we stayed there in 2021, there were roaches in the bathroom. When I told management, they indicated that I should stay on a higher floor next time as the roaches don't climb up very high. WHAT???? I have been staying there since 2019 and have noticed a decline in every aspect of the hotel. So I will have to say that I won't be staying at this hotel again in the future. Bally's maybe?

Haven't stayed there in a few months, but got a good night rate through a 3rd party app, who stated that an additional 81.00 for 3 nights will be collected at the hotel. That's 27.00 per night. That's what I paid earlier in the year. When I checked out, I was surprised with an 11.00 increase in the "Resort Fee". When I called, I was told that this was the fee that was in place all year. Not only is this a lie, but I have proof I only paid 27.00 a night for this " mystery fee". I paid almost as much for this fee as I did to stay at this overated hotel. Most restaurants were closed, and the few that were open were mostly fast food stands. And overpriced. The Boardwalk entrance is still roped off because of the fire, and there were no shows or entertainment to warrant a 38.00 "Resort Fee". I don't mind paying for their bull**** fees, but an 11.00 increase in the last 6 months is a little too much for a 3 and a half star hotel. It's too bad, cause I've always had a good stay here, but that's robbery.....and by the way, you have homeless people everywhere on the Boardwalk. Why don't you take your sky high Resort Fee and pool some money with the other casino, hotels and build a shelter for them. It's a disgrace.

My husband and I stayed at Resorts on Saturday, December 9th. We paid for a room in the Ocean Tower which was $275. According to their website, the Ocean Tower provides views of the Atlantic Ocean, beach, boardwalk, or back bays of Atlantic City region…. So upon checking in at 4:00 pm, I asked for a room with an ocean or boardwalk view. Unfortunately, the gentleman who checked us in was cold and indifferent as he informed us that the only room left in the entire Ocean Tower was Room 231 with a “personal view,” When I inquired what a personal view was, Kaled had no answer!! Now “personal view” is not listed on Resorts Website as one of the Ocean Tower views, so I was baffled and very upset! But Kaled stood his ground and said there were no other rooms available in the entire Ocean Tower!!!! We reluctantly trudged to room 231, and upon opening the door, I pulled back the curtain and my “personal view” was facing some kind of vent and a big gray brick wall right in front of us!!! No ocean, boardwalk,or back bay view, nope... a big brick wall!! It was disgusting and certainly not what we paid for!!!! We immediately exited the room! I was extremely upset ! We were unsure how to get back to the front desk, so I asked a security guard how to get there! He showed us where to go, and I told him how unhappy we were with our room. He immediately offered to help us and walked us back to the front desk! He spoke to someone on our behalf, and lo and behold, we were assigned a different room!!!! We could see the ocean and the boardwalk!!!! The name of the man who helped us is Hector! He was kind and caring, and Thanks to him , our stay was much more enjoyable!! Thank you so much again, Hector! You saved our stay at Resorts! On a personal note; it doesn't cost anything to be kind to others! We are an older couple who consider a nice view part of our vacation experience! Kaled could have, and should have been more caring, but unfortunately, he was not. Sorry to say that there are too many Kaleds in this awful world we are now living in....people who just don't care! It saddens me!
