Rude staff at stores and especially the security desk. Went to purchase something from their shops after gambling there. Went to pay with my comps which of course are 2 to 1 When using comps in Borgata shops. I knew that so that going in and that wasn't the issue, but The counter person asked me for my license to verify my player's card instead of looking at it like everyone else does then she took it and then failed to give it back to me. After taking long time to ring me up, naturally I forgot that she had the license. Now I drive home and realize my license is gone. When I call she rudely tells me that I left it there And that she brought it to security. However, when she spoke to me again she did apologize On the 2nd phone call because I was clearly upset that she said I left it. It then it took till the next day get the security person who handles the lost and found named Garcia on the phone. she was RUDE AND NASTY and loud.... talking over me when I was trying to get to the bottom of how to get my license she wouldn't let me finish my sentences And had the nerve To stay nasty. I go to Atlantic City a lot and I am a pretty big player, most of the casinos try aggressively to get my play. Guess which casino will not be getting any of my play. This is not the first time I encountered this. The workers there seem miserable. …
Prices at food venues too high. There were not enough employees checking on guests. The hotel is beautiful, but it is away from the life of Atlantic City, the Boardwalk. Maybe you could offer a FREE shuttle. You nickel and dime guests with parking fees and shuttle fees, I'm sure you could comp those items..
Pleasure but not great wife’s birthday. Half eating establishments were closed. Table games all too high. Twenty-five on tables games the minimum. Dealer annoying with uncalled for comments. Should get rid of smoking still smells at no smoking tables!
I had an amazing time with my colleagues at our company Holiday Party at this hotel. The room was clean and was very comfortable. The food at the Japanese Restaurant was delicious. I loved the live band at the Gypsy Bar.
I've stayed at multiple hotels/casknows last year I spent over 70K at the saggening casino nearby my house they treat me like kings here I was treated like a rodent the bed was dirty the room was dirty
I enjoyed my stay at the Borgata hotel and casino in Atlantic City. MGM Graham offers quality service, an excellent room decor. The bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed my visit. It is always a pleasure. I look forward to visiting the hotel again real soon.
My husband and I went for a holiday party at the Borgata. The party was phenomenal. Our stay at the hotel was great. The food at the the Metropolitan was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
I think you should only go here to gamble. The restaurants are mediocre. The service is mediocre. Avoid. I have to write 200 characters at I I will write some more. The valet kept losing our car and had to go searching for it. The pool is funky. The shops are tacky.
Decent hotel. Nice front desk staff & valet team. Rewards counter reps were annoyed to answer questions. Bartenders in Sportsbook just looked at us for 10 mins without asking if we wanted a drink. Not great service. Beds were like sleeping on a rock.
I was so excited to stay at the Borgata. My boyfriend and I took a well deserved weekend trip after working long weeks. We thought the Borgata was the best option and didn’t hesitate to book there. Unfortunately we are so disappointed in our stay. Never again. We encountered racism, this man at the pool saw my boyfriend and immediately made and did a disgusted face and sound. I was shocked and couldn’t believe it. Not only did he do it once when my boyfriend grabbed a towel in the men’s spa but also when we were being walked out of our massage. The same man was nehind us and soon as he saw my boyfriend and I he made the a heavy “ughhh”. Sounding upset that we were in the same space as him. How rude and insensitive can someone be. IT ONLY GETS WORSE FROM HERE. On top of that we had an appointment for a couples massage and wanted to enjoy the spa services they offered us. Well the most disgusting and inappropriate thing happened, while my boyfriend was showering after the pool before our massage, in the men’s spa area there was a man across from his shower looking directly into my boyfriends shower with his shower curtain wide open masturbating. My boyfriend immediately came out and called me. Feeling shocked and disrespected. We asked to talk to the manager and let them know there’s a man with his penis out jerking off in public. How awful, imagine if there were children or if someone had PTSD because of childhood trauma. The manager Misty was nice but did not seem shocked at all. We are not people to cause scenes or big commotions, I kept calm but I was livid on how nonchalant it was for the manager to hear about the situation. Makes me feel you guys either accept this kind of behavior or don’t care because he was a white man doing this. The man was never removed or asked to leave. They brought security and the spa workers inside were told to keep an “eye out” for my boyfriend. Which made absolute no sense at all. Why would my boyfriend need a security- because he’s a Black man?! My boyfriend didn’t ask for security for himself, he asked for that man to be removed or asked to leave. You guys think he’s going to cause a scene or be disruptive-NO. We didn’t. We wanted security to REMOVE the man jerking his penis off in public so others wouldn’t encounter that disgusting behavior. Well the man was never removed or asked to leave, how awful. We were offered a voucher which was a slap to the face after how we were treated. Security was rude and made us feel like WE DID SOMETHING WRONG as we were leaving the Spa. I nicely explained it all to the manager to then be treated as if we were the problem. Im almost 100 percent sure if I were a white woman complaining things would have been completely different. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. My boyfriend is a calm nice person who has been working long weeks and just wanted to feel relaxed and enjoy his time there. That killed our experience. We both can’t believe how the Borgata allows this type of behavior and does not stand up for guest who have paid a lot of their hard working money to enjoy our time there. We still can’t get over this and just can’t believe what The Borgata stands for. Compete disrespectful and insensitive.…
