I don't even know where to start. The music in the casino was so unbearably loud we mostly gambled elsewhere. Also, the homeless hang out in the lower level casino begging for cigarettes. The only food options are for people who choose to donate $26 to Gordon Ramsey for lettuce, or the coffee shop where the $14 sandwiches are pre made with bread so hard I literally could not chew it. And the $14 salad has “croutons” consisting of chunks of old bread? Nasty. The best meal we had during our stay here was ordering Pizza Hut. Not a single employee could answer a question regarding anything related to Caesars. This includes front desk, security, valet, waitresses, and players card desk. You either get “I don't know” or they give you incorrect information. But I guess you cant blame them, we spent time trying to locate the Starbucks that is listed on Caesars AC website to finally discover it does not exist? I was told a wine glass in the gift shop was $10, then got charged $16. The girl working was involved with her phone and when I approached the register she just stared at me like I had no right to be there. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes in our room was nasty. AND we smoke both ourselves! But choose not to in our living spaces. We were never offered a nonsmoking preference. Shame, the renovated rooms are very nice. Beds are comfy and shower is awesome. However, I would crash with the homeless before I stay there again. We are almost to the airport and thank goodness, Im starving and looking forward to an edible meal without cashing in my 401K.…
We stay in AC a lot. This was our worst stay. Broken elevators. Housekeeping doesn’t show up, you call and they say they don’t have to come every day. Gym is only open at 9 am. Definitely won’t be back too much money for such a bad experience
They charged me double the price for 2 rooms. They said it was a luxury upcharge that I signed for. However, when I asked them ro send me the documents I signed, customer relations told me I needed a supeona to obtain those docuements. This is an unethical business practice. This corporation is ruthless. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere when staying in ac. I would suggest the Marriott in Galloway. The people that work there are NOT in it for the money. AC is going downhill and has been for some time. This is in part one of the reasons why.
went there with my 2 lady friends 66 and 69 i am a lady of 76 i am a seven star at 4am my 2 friends leave me and go to the adjoining rooms a woman was in the room ransacking and robbing the room said she was a maid and tried to leave but my 69 year old friend grabbed her and fought her out into the hallway while the other friend called security she was arrested and had warrants out for her from philly. my friend was banged up on her leg and neck and ear i returned to the room right after it happened to find my one friend shaking like a vibrator and the rooms a big mess to clean u p the one friend lost a diamond out of her ring and a diamond tennis bracelet during the fight in the hallway and it was never found the security said they were looking for the robber she had just stolen a sandwich from the store downstairs we found the sandwich in the room later with her purse it had room keys in it also from the tropicana. later the security said we left the door open totally not true and besides the doors close automaticly security did their interviewing and then the police took my friends to the police station and i was told they would be back in a few and they were gone 6 hours and they said it was a horrible experience....right after they left security came back and i was told the hotel was putting 150 dollars on my tab for the inconvenience of be robbed i told them 150 was an insult and to keep it and leave i bet thousands a day and they only wanted to give us 150 are they kidding? he slammed the door real hard when he left i saidhe did not have to slam the door so hard you...and he said you are the pr,,k quite loud how dare him the girls cam back having no sleep went directly to bed later we tried to find some sort of manager to talk to we found one but s he said she couldnt help us we ended up having to stay 2 more days which were free but no food or drink risk management interviewed us this happened in sept 22 and am still waiting for some sort of compensation not even a real sorry this took place at caesars palace i probably have left out a few details but but this is most by us capturing the robber we saved a lot of rooms from getting robbed by the way the woman that stopped her had a heart condition and had just been in the hospital dont let them try to soften the way this happened cause it was a nightmare thanks to my friends for protecting me and the room…
I had people that came in to visit and wanted to go to Atlantic City. I called for a room comp room at Caesars Atlantic City, and was given the most disgusting room. I asked for a non-smoking queen double bed. The smell hit you in the face as soon as you walked in the room of cigarettes. So it was not a non-smoking room. The room was cold, so I put the heat on which enhanced the odor. So we asked somebody if they can go and spray the room. When we got back, the room smell better, but it was freezing because they shut off the heat. We tried to put the heat back on and the heat did not work. They did something to it so that we wouldn’t smell the smell again. It was like sleeping outside on the boardwalk that’s how cold our room was.
I expected more to offer from a Caesars location. Construction makes it difficult to navigate. Diamond members don't seem to get much of a differential treatment than non card holders. Love the Wild Wild West area but difficult to get to without going out on the boardwalk and walking in through that way. Hoping it will be a better experience when construction is completed.
Check in was a disaster. We did not get the room we booked, no solutions offered. To top it off, the manager said he would change our room (to the one we booked) the next day and text us when ready but he never did. We literally had to kill a roach in the bed of the first room, so we went down to see what was up with the move and the front desk had no record of any of this and was unbelievably unhelpful. We were eventually moved, still to a worse room than we booked. Service at the hotel is non-existent no matter what room or suite you book. While betting hundreds per hand at blackjack, drink service was about once every 90-120 minutes. We ended up going to the nearby Hard Rock to gamble a lot and it was SO much nicer than Caesars. Overall, Caesars was just a terrible place to spend a ton of money.…
Decided to head down to A.C. for the first time in nearly three years. Stayed there many times and much enjoyed the venue. Many fun getaways. Thought I'd share what a Caesar's stay can be like today. Check-in was quick and simple. The clerk was frosty after we declined the suite upsell but we had keys to the room type we had booked in short order. There were fewer folks than we're used to seeing even in January, but that's not a surprise these days. Note that the room prices quoted do not include a $27 "resort fee" (wi-fi; bit of a rip) plus other fees or of course taxes, which add about $60. That's also normal. Now their definition of ocean view differs significantly from mine. but you could indeed see a slice of the sea if you craned your neck just so. But most importantly to me, the room appeared clean and sanitary and smelled fine. The highly-touted tower renovation was not to my taste - all charm has been surgically excised and it felt as cold and sterile as a hospital room - but the bed was comfortable and the TV is large. The bathroom was also clean. Amenities are sparse. Fridge worked. The casino was dead as a doornail. Yes, it's off-season, but still. Nada. Zip. Oogatz. We'd always enjoyed strolling between Caesar's, Wild West and Bally's and enjoying all three venues, but the passageway and part of Wild West is closed due to still more renovations so you have to walk a fair distance outside now, and I say have to because you must to find any type of excitement whatsoever. Fortunately, I was so heated and irritated by this I barely felt cold night. Always sedate, Caesar's now feels like a bank - in reverse of course. If you play slots, had favorites and haven't been in a while, you almost certainly will not find them - most machines are new. Lots of loud sound effects. music and wildly flashing lights as you win $1.86. If that's your thing, then this is your venue. The workers were few and polite but doing the bare minimum. They didn't greet you, make eye contact or smile and most gave me the distinct feeling they really didn't want to be bothered. I did not see a single cocktail server working the casino floor. but maybe I missed her. But in-room checkout was smooth. The only hiccup was at the bus center - extremely rude woman manning the window, no bus and no announcement. It finally did pull in and we got home in good time. No plans to return, but kudos for cleanliness.…
Several problems with room and front desk had no authority to do anything and supervisor hid in the back. Not worth it. Crap.it really sucked and trip advisor sucks and is expletive deleted beca they don’t care and they tell me I need to type more in order to post this
Went here for my birthday weekend only for it to be ruined with there being roaches in my room walking on my makeup and skincare products which immediately went in the garbage . I also got sick and tested positive for covid when I got home from here. I received no compensation for my products that I threw out. They gave me $70 in resorts fees waived which cannot even pay for one of my products. If you’re looking for someplace upscale Caesar’s is definitely not the place. They portray to be luxury and provide motel quality service.
