Never again will I visit Caesar’s in Atlantic City. My friend and I booked a luxury “ocean” room via Expedia. We were there to see Ledisi perform Friday night at the Caesar’s. Our room category was $300+ for the one night. Upon arrival at 4pm after a 2 1/2 hour drive, we were told upon check in that our room was not ready and would be ready between 4-8pm, we would be texted when it was ready. Our concert was to start at 9pm. After telling the clerk that it was unacceptable, she went in the back and returned with our room keys. We went to our room and the room keys were not working. We returned to the room for the 2nd time after going back to check-in and the keys would not work AGAIN. On the 3rd trip we finally had working keys. Lo and behold our “Ocean” room had a view of the back of buildings. NO VIEW. When discussed with management they seemed to have no adequate information about why our room had no view. The Caesars website said the checkout was 12pm, so we decided to sleep in until 10:30 am and then check out. We were rudely told that checkout was 11am,no matter what the website said. We were told that if we didn’t check out by 11am we would be charged $50 per hour. Wow. I expected much more from this brand. I thought it would be a nice treat being a higher priced hotel room but truthfully on a previous stay at Resorts hotel we were treated much better. No attempt was made to satisfy us as customers. I will never give Caesar’s my business again. It was so unwelcoming and they didn’t care how u felt as a paying customer…
The rooms looked as if there was previous water damage. The room and hallway smelled like mildew. There were water stains at the base of the floor. Not enough casual dine in spots. Total disappointment
I always stay at Caesars when i go to AC . But i just want to warn everybody about construction that is being performed. When i booked the room it did state that construction is being performed September 15, 2021 to March 25, 2022. in the Centurion and Ocean towers. Upon checking in was informed that work is from 7 am to 5 pm. I thought to myself 7AM ? it can't be that much noise if they start that early, i was wrong. I was startled awake at 7:15 Am the first morning to a loud drilling that vibrated the walls. The second morning the sound was further away. Then the last day it was loud as ever. Just be aware of the construction and expect noise very early in the morning! If you stay in the a fore mentioned towers!
I’ve stayed here for so many years and I had a terrible experience this weekend. The refrigerator was unusable due to its odor. The bathroom was full of mildew. The room was very humid. It was not clean and very dirty. Very dissatisfied. Avoid this hotel.
Decided to get away for anniversary...last minute idea. Funds were tight but it was a good stay. Used every dining voucher our gambling paid for. This was a first....usually something goes to waste. Even though it was crowded at certain times...when we came in Saturday evening we didn't know that there was a comedy show with some great comedians at the Boardwalk Hall. Despite the traffic coming in parking at Caesars is free with Diamond card. Traveling from Baltimore ther are tolls...some are mailed to you. Stayed at Caesars...not in room we wanted...double beds... we could have upgraded to King on Sunday but it wasn't worth hassle. Check-in and check out is seamless at Caesars. Using debit card the $100 deposit comes out easily. Two nights for under $11... I won't complain👌. Its good to explore food options. We came to relax and gamble. Security had a strong presence. Mixture of mask wearing and not. I'm glad I packed comfortable shoes and a sweater and sweat jacket. It gets windy on Boardwalk and the a/c is definitely working at Caesars. Nice getaway.…
