It really has the best location in the island. Great view from the restaurant (not the rooms). It has a 3/5 gym if you are into that (basic stuff... It is the only gym in the island). The port is only a few steps away, and the advantage over the other hotels in the shore is that there is no...

I loved the location - right down the street from Punta Carola for surfing and snorkeling and blue-footed booby watching. I also like to workout on vacation and they have the only gym on the island (so I'm told). The service was just average though. Some staff weren't very friendly, and we had to ask a few times for towels...

We stayed here for 6 nights on a fishing trip since it is right across the street from where the fishing boats are docked. That is the main reason for staying here. We had one of the best rooms(#16) on the fourth floor up 6 flights of stairs with no elevator. Very tiring after a few days. The week we...

Not a lot to choose from in San Cristóbol. It's not the Ritz, but it is serviceable. Restaurant is decent. As long as you just go to the room to take a shower and sleep, you'll be fine. Just don't expect to spend lots of time there. The gym is noisy! Shower was a little goofy, but it worked.

Absolutely worst experience! Dirty rooms (checked out 4 available rooms), flimsy walls with every sound coming in. Bathroom, with a faucet and toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Shower working only once in a while. Ants in the bathroom. Dirty bedding. Fitness center in the building with loud music until late hours. Party every night nearby until 3 am,...

The location of the hotel was great, right on the water in the town. The bedrooms were big and cutely decorated but the bathroom was bad. Our shower dripped constantly, water leaked outside the shower through the ground and there was mildew buildup in the shower and surrounding area. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone's conversations...

Family trip with REI and Ecuador Travel Group put us up here. Very disappointing, rooms very small, noisy since they were above the gym (clanging from 6pm to 10pm). Restaurant food was OK. Front desk personnel were polite. Pool cold Location is convenient

My family and I stayed here in July....we had two rooms.....one regular and the other was the large suite on top (4th floor).....both worked well for us.....the suite had large windows all around and a huge deck with ocean views.....leaving the doors/windows open gave us cool breezes and the sounds of the ocean....plus the perfect spot to watch the sunsets.....the...

Basic but good for a tropical island. Not a Hilton or Marriott but all of the basic necessities. Food good and very fairly priced. Wifi works better in some rooms than others. Location excellent. Enjoyed stay very much!

looking at the reviews, we were forewarned, and should have listened to them, no picture that is published will represent the real place...they put us in the old section, above the noisy gym, no hot water, roaches, air conditioning that would not keep up and the room was tiny, tiny, no closet or dresser, light did not work...moved to another...
