It is located just in front of the pier where most of the tours depart. Rooms are really clean and staff were kind in every of our demands. Breakfast is Ok, with Island conditions you cant expect no more. It is a little bit expensive but worth it. We have just one problem when we check out, we need to...

I don't know what we paid as this was part of a tour package. We had the top floor cupola round room. It was cool and quirky, with it's own deck and great views. The staff were very wonderful and helpful. 1 star off for the shower, which was an electric on demand thing with exposed wires in the shower!...

it is just up from the pier. Very accommodating staff with good English. The wifi is about as strong as you are going to get - particularly in the reception area on the third floor. Clean, adequate sized rooms.

Yes, the location is perfect, right at the end of the pier and with great views on the harbour and sealions. But as other guests pass in front of your room, there is little privacy and that takes most of the view away. The room is quite small, and you have to search the warm drops to get a shower....

We stayed 4 nights in february 2014. The rooms are Noisy cause they are in front of the peer. They are quite small too. For the same price, you can find way better rooms in the same area. The small restaurant downstair is quite good.

My wife, 13-year-old daughter and I spent a week at this hotel in December and found it to be thoroughly delightful. Our room, the Genovese, was roomy, cheerfully, and tastefully decorated and there is plenty of light. The room, and especially the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The view, overlooking the harbor and bay was beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast, included,...

Quite expensive, as is everything at the Galapagos, but the hotel is really quite charming and I loved the sound of the sea and sea lions just in front. The street can be a little loud, but I'm quite noise sensitve and could easily sleep with earplugs.

We only visited the restaurant and had a snack of fries and coke sitting on the open air patio and found it positively delightful. Best fries in town! The bathroom was the cleanest we found in all the islands - a real plus! The only downside was that we were there just before noon and they were putting up the...

We would rate this hotel a 3.5, but tripadvisor doesn't do half stars so we are leaning toward the positive in this case with a 4. PRO's Lovely host, sea views, near to the restaurants (which unfortunately are all terrible), pride taken in presentation - clean room and good linen. A very good breakfast included. TV, hot water. CON's Probably...

Best location you can find in San Cristobal, no doubt! We could not live in this place during our stay this time, but one day when we passed by here we decide to take a drink from the bar, and also we went up to check the rooms, really clean and comfortable room, big enough for our family, my daughter...
