We stayed here for one night after our cruise of the islands. It was in a great location, very close to the main street, but just far enough away that it was quiet. The rooms were basic, but large and very clean. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and filling. It was a perfect spot to stay!

We stayed here for two nights and although very basic room, everything was clean and the service was great. Nice pool across the street. Downtown Puerto Ayora is just a 5 minute walk. The included breakfast was good and the dining area very clean and attractive. Free internet in the lobby.

Very clean hotel. It is about two blocks from the main road. It is close to the Darwin Research Center and also a small beach area for swimming. The hotel supplies nice, thick beach towels to be used at their pool or off site. The breakfast consists of juices, coffee, breads, cereal, eggs and meats/cheeses. The pool is located across...

This is NOT a luxury hotel, it is a family run hotel that offers clean, neat and comfortable rooms for up to 4 people, it includes breakfast, with a variety of fruit, bread, eggs, coffee, cocoa, there is something for everyone, it has a pool, a jacuzzi and a bar across the street. The rooms do not have a coffee...

This hotel was one of the few hotels on Santa Cruz that has a swimming pool which was very refreshing after a day of sight seeing on the island and the nice thing was that there was a seating area around the pool with an area for reading and relaxing with lots of shade. Just ensure that you wear insect...

Great place to stay. Nothing fancy but very comfortable. Rooms are basic and ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everytime you turned around someone was cleaning. The place was spotless. Nice pool area. Approx 5 minutes walk from the main area. We stayed here twice during our trip and would gladly return.

After having reconfirmed arrangements for tours and collection from the airport several times, there was no one at the airport to collect us. It took 3 hours to eventually get to the hotel. The airconditioning was not great. The free internet was being used by staff/family etc each time we went to reception. The tours that were arranged were good....

As per the many previous reviews hotel, Fernandina is a family run hotel that is spotlessly clean and cared for. I had an extended stay here of nearly 2 months and from my arrival and through my many numerous questions and requests...everyone was always so kind and helpful, never making me feel like I was a pain, but rather that...

My daughter and I stayed at the Hotel Fernandina for four nights in October 2011. It was a wonderful place for us to use as a base in Puerto Ayora. Luis was beyond helpful in arranging day trips for us and all the staff were knowledgeable and helpful, assisting us with tips for things to see, transportation, and suggestions of...

I have stayed at the Hotel Fernandina in May 2011 for three nights. The room was spacious, but there is almost nothing in the room beside the bed and a very small open cabinet. That was a bit disappointing. But it was good enough to sleep. Free internet at the reception, staff was very helpful in organising excursions. Hotel Fernandina...
