I have stayed in Sheikh salems on several occasions - it is the only place in dahab where you can gaurantee no hassle. If you want a hassle free place to stay with great service this is the place to stay. Nicole (the english lady who runs the place) is always there to give you advice and ideas of what... More

I arrived at Dahab very late that night because of issues on the road. I was walking on the sea, targeting any camp, they were all closed of course, no front desk no nothing. I have already seen this place on the net, and I found the front desk still opened, there sat the most friendly person ever, she was... More

i went with my teenage sons over easter. this is a fantastic location overlooking the sea and middle east countries on the other side of the gulf of aqaba. very relaxing atmosphere and friendly, accommodating staff. away from the main hubub of dahab centre but only 10 minutes stroll to get there. 2 great places to eat on the premises... We booked the 'honeymoon' suite for two nights between Xmas and New Year - we checked out after the first night! The location was lovely, right on the beach, but this was spoilt by debris and mess all over the property such as flower beds which had been used as ash trays (yuck!), piles of rubbish in the front yard... More

i stayed at the sheikh salem guest house with my family in october and we all loved it! the accomadation is clean and visitor freindly we found that the staff were very freindly and helpful. the fact that we were right on the beach was amazing as i have never expreinced this before at any other hotel i have been...
