I booked this place as a cheap option for mine and my 10 year old daughters diving holiday. All we needed was a place to crash that was fairly near the New Marina. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room had AC and running water, beds were turned down every day. They were comfy and very much served...

The staff and managers there have no idea about customer service they make you feel that u might escape with their money. They have a bad food and client service. The hotel itself is good for low budget stay. But don't expect anything from them

The hotel is very well located downtown and is so keen to satisfy the guests by his well trained staff and professional G.M. and obtain the main needed guests requirements, the buffet breakfast and dinner are tasty and well supplied, and the pool is not that large but is sufficient and well served. The beach is only 100 meters far...

If you just search for a hotel in order to have somewhere to sleep, it is ok for you. The hotel staff is helpfull and it is really near to the New Marina of Hurghada. But the services are limited, the pool wasn't clear, the toilet had issues (was always running water). It is a cheap solution if you want...

Luckily our stay was only a few hours pending a collection after a diving holiday, but in that time... 1) There was so much mould around the bathroom floor outlet that it had pushed the plug out of the ground - more life than we'd seen on some of the dive sites! 2) Mould all over the bathroom walls and...

I needed a hotel for one night and this was an inexpensive hotel for the few hours I needed. The rooms are basic, and a bit grubby. The staff are shockingly rude. It was convenient to the airport for one night (3am check in, 11am check out) but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
