Have just returned from being "stranded" by the volcano eruption at the Hilton in Taba for 4 nights longer than we had planned to be away. Martin and ALL the hotel staff could not have looked after us better or more generously. Great hotel - decent quality rooms, lovely beds. Plenty of choice with the food. Tried all 4 restaurants,...

Many thanks for completing your Trip Advisor review after your extended stay in Taba. Glad to see that you all made it back home safe and sound. Compared to some of the terrible stories I have seen on TV where people have been stranded I think Taba at 36 degrees was the nicer option. I will pass on your thanks...

Thank your for forwarding an updated Trip Advisor Review. This is the first time that I have seen someone amend/review their previous Trip Advisor Review and of course I am glad for the better. We still provide table service in our main Rainbow Lounge and by the main pool side. The other beach areas have bars locate don them (Pirates...

Be aware of is this hotel isn’t the equivalent of a UK 5 star hotel and there isn’t anything in the surrounding area except the Movenpick Hotel next door so it is a check in and chill out resort, just what we were after. The grounds and facilities were well maintained and the staff were lovely, especially Mojo & Sam...

Many thanks for your detailed Trip Advisor Review. Easter is always a busy time in a resort with families enjoying their holiday break, which can make a hotel look very busy at times. Just a quick note - The pool next to the jacuzzi is the out door winter heated pool (for everyone, not just adults). We try our best...

I specifically chose this hotel due to the fantastic reviews on trip advisor. However what is heaven to one person can be hell to another. The Hilton Taba is a clean and modern hotel. The rooms in the main building are comfortable and for the most part very quiet - I cannot name one night where we were disturbed. The...

Thank you for completing a Trip Advisor Review on your return to the UK. Easter Holidays and the Passover period were all on the same dates this year and is normally the period when families travel due to school holidays etc. The hotel operated at full occupancy throughout this period and I am sorry if this caused some inconveniance to...

My husband emailed Martin in advance to arrange a birthday meal for me. The arrangements were passed to Mario who went out of his way to make my birthday special so thank you both. We chose to stay in the Nelson Village and although the rooms were not as modern as the main hotel we loved the location, very quiet...

Many thanks for your Trip Advisor Review. Great to see that you enjoyed your holiday, especially your birthday. The trip to Petra is worth the long journey, but sometimes the way they do the border checks, Petra entry visa is unusual to what we would expect in the UK. I will ensure your thanks is passed on to Mario and...

May I first pass on my utmost thanks to ALL the staff at the Hilton. They are an absolute credit to the Hilton Brand and Martin you should be very proud of your staff. The most genuinely nice people we have ever had the pleasure to meet, from the security guards, reception staff, cleaning staff, bar staff, waiters, animation team........

So many positive reviews really raise one's expectations, but the hotel more than lived up to ours. Anyone who's done a bit of research will know that the Hilton Taba was subject to a horrific attack less than six years ago. A sign of the huge efforts that have gone into attracting people back was that our during our recent...

Thank you for your Trip Advisor Review. Great to see that you visited all the restuarants on the All Inclusive Package. We only allow 75-100 guests into the Nelson or Marhaba Restaurant per night so that we can serve the meal at the table and allow guests to spend a little bit more time to relax. It is a good...

Many thanks for your Trip Advisor Review and kind comments. There is no technical low season at the hotel. The nearest you could say is the low season is January - March (but the occupancies would still be at 80% plus). The temperatures are normally between 21-25 degrees during these months. regards Martin
