Not so bad, but its Georgia.. Feeling like living in a farm. Its not so close to visit something, the nearest (for exmpl. cabel) like in picture is ~2km. The view is really beautiful, because the hotel is places up, on the mountain, so you can see all the city. At night time to watch is perfect! Recommend to take...

1. Room + bathrooms are too small 2. Breakfast was below average with only kachapuri bread and fried potato in vegetarian section along with some fruits and tea / coffee... every single day ! No change in the menu what so ever ! 3. Be ready to spend 10 Lari each time you take a cab to the city centre...

This is the worse hotel that i visited and stayed on world wide. The corridors and rooms are dirty and full of insects. The location is located in a dark area far from all areas where you need a taxi to go to beach, eat or attraction. The HVAC is turned off every night after the guest sleeps around 2...

Room was quite good, WiFi excellent, TV with > 100 channels, air conditioning was working randomly and once electricity was down for half an hour at 1.00am. However the staff working in restaurant was the big negative factor; our waitress barely spoke both English and Russian, when we offered meat (shashleek), vegetables and bread (khachapuri) meat came first, bread came...

Hotel wasn't in city center. Little far. If you prefer this hotel you need to taxi or rent a car. But rooms are clean and new. There is a shower in the bathroom. Restaurants are not bad. Friendly and welcoming staff. Panoramic views of hotel is very good. You can see all Batum view from hotel. But our bathroom faucets...

The hotel is looking like remaining heritage from soviet period. Rooms, big saloon, high ceilings, decor is all reminded me the old ages. I think new managers tried to change it into modern building, but they failed. I think they cut the original rooms into two pieces and made two rooms, result of it is having very small size two...
