A horrible owner who feels she knows best. The rooms are very basic and the rooms near the road are terrible - they stink. Other people have also complained about her behaviour. Somehow the negative reviews are rarely published and this is sheer dishonesty. If you search you will find them on other websites. There is a huge garbage dump...

This is a villa which is more than 50 yrs old built Burmese style. Although we are updating it every year, the old world charm remains, just today my guests left saying "lovely home, will be back" The above guests arrived back to back with the departing guest and there had been no time to clean and air the rooms...

We stayed here for two nights and really felt at home with noble family. they have three rooms of different capacity and we were allotted apartment 1...which is 1BHK behind their house. The rooms (non AC) were OK with very small pantry (4x4 ft) and congested washroom. This seems enough as per the tariff charged to you (approx. 2000/-). The...

The concept of homestay is still at a nascent stage in India. The concept evolved for travellers who wanted to experience actually living the way the locals live, and best way to do that is to live in with the family. There is alot of modern furniture in the market, but the local Padauk made furniture to me is gold...

After returning from Havelock, we had a one night stopover in Port Blair and we decided stayed at Noble Homestay. The hosts were overall helpful and provided us with home made food. The dinner and the breakfast were satisfying. We had a pre-arranged cab to take us to the airport, but if distance is an issue for you, this is...

We were a big pack of eight and it was our luck that we landed up on a Kayaking trip with Tanaz Noble in Havelock, we had never met her and somebody suggested we take a trip with her on our last day out. What a great kayaking trip it was, Tanaz is efficient, very knowledgeable and a delight to...

Its a pity that on this forum we owners have no choice but to be defensive. If only we had some place where we could lodge the identity of bad guests so we could warn other establishments. I don't know what his intention was, i was away from Port Blair at that time due to an emergency, and we were...

Booking via phone and payment by bank transfer was smooth, Response was quick. The location is a few km (10-20min rickshaw ride) away from most places - the airport, the jetty, and the sights (jail, Chatham saw mill, Anthropological museum) and the hosts have an autorickshow that they can call. The homestay is an old-style building with old-style interiors -...

I stayed in Noble Homestay from Nov 5 thru Nov 9. This is right in the middle of a residential area. No pretty sites from your window. But didn't matter to us because we spent the days out doing various activities in the water and came back to crash in the night. If you intend to spend all your time...

Thankyou, I am glad you were comfortable. My homestay is generally liked by senior persons and families with kids as the apartments and the garden space is important to them. But I have now made a suite that is ideal for honeymooners as it is very private. All the very nest to you and your family.

We visited port blair in Feb, 2015 ( better late than never?) and stayed for 2 nights at noble homestay (onward and return). We went there during the spicejet fiasco. And because we weren't sure if our airline would fly, I started cancelling all my hotel bookings. Dinaz however was kind enough to hold on to my booking...and said she'd...

This house sits right on the road and the room is literally on the pavement so the constant noise of beeping horns and headlights going by keeps you awake all night, not to mention the rock hard paper thin mattress, I had to check that there was a mattress at all! 1.We are in a residential locality and there are days when there is a function in the neighborhood, so the traffic suddenly increases. No function and festival in India is quiet. 2.
