We had lunch over here but did not stay. It's a one stop destination for all things Parsi in Daman. Try Patrani Machi(go early for sure order), sali boti, prawns cracker. Courteous staff and quick delivery. Nice family ambience with all sides open(not a closed door restaurant). If bored, go take a peek at the sea in the backyard. Recommendation:...

Though we did not stay at this place but we visited it twice for lunch. The parsi menu food is really tasty. Highlights being the dhansak, salli boti and patra ni machi. the service is good. Must visit for all visitors to Devka.

This is a nice place where we had some good Indian and authentic Parsi Food. Very good service though the restaurant and it's ambiance are not so great or clean!!! They do not accept credit cards! only cash payments against handwritten bills. There is partial sea view from some tables in the restaurant.

Parsi food away from home is a treat. We went for an afternoon meal. Heard alot about the Patra fish and Chicken Farchas. We started of with beer and breezers. A simple seating with no fuss crockery. Salli Margi, chicken Farchas, tawa prawns and delectable palav daal was savoured by us. Yummy, piping hot and full of flavour. We didnt...

We were simply taken away by the reviews for Dukes and from what we read over the internet about the place and the food and the owner, Mr. Oliaji that we had instantly decided that a lunch at this place is definite. And rightly so, we walked into a compound which houses a few old cottages, one of them turned...

The place at the first site looks like some cheap drinking place...but i was surprised by the food. It has parsee cuisine and not bad at all. We relished some dhansak and margi na farcha there.....wont say a must visit but not bad to visit.

well we were enroutre to Mirasol for lunch but stopped here as we wanted Parsee cuisine. The place is dingy and old, no money spent to create an ambiance, its just a few old tables and plastic chairs and untrained service staff. You need to order in one go or the waiter gets confused and screws up your order. Go...

Wandering through the main road at Devka Beach, on a family trip to Daman, I chanced upon a simple painted board that proclaimed Delicious Parsee Food at Oliajis Duke Hotel established 1936. This family managed place exudes an old world charm with simple no fancy sitting arrangements. We ordered Golden Fried Prawns and Roasted chicken (BBQ) for starters and both...

“Never eat here, you can get better and cleaner cuisine in many other joints that serve irani and parsee cuisine in other places in Daman. I have never experienced worse and the waiter serve you like they are doing you a favour. Also looks like the kitchen has one cook.”
