Heranca Goesa was brilliantly chill, and at 700 for a double with en suite bathroom and semi comfortable beds, the price is perfect. There are multiple areas where we could sit and relax in the shade, and the family running the place is very friendly and helpful. Though simple, their breakfast offerings are tasty enough (helloooo real coffee), and far...

Heranca Goesa is conveniently located and is run by a sweet indo portuguese family. Our hosts are warm and friendly. Diu being a small place most of the tourist attractions are a walk away. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Travelling with friends we found the homestay to be safe for women and solo travelers. Our hosts even gave...

This guesthouse is very well situated in A quiet area of Diu and 2 min walk to a great restaurant called O'coquiero. The rooms are ultra clean and comfortable and the rate is more than reasonable (600 rupees per night for a double room). Alvin and his parents are very nice and will give you all the information you will...

This place is located very close from Diu bus-stand and is in a residential locality. However, the main tourist attractions are very closeby- Diu Museum, INS Khukhri, port as well the fort. It's a small cozy, yet very comfortable place, run by an amicable family.Loved the morning breakfast at Heranca Goesa. There's also a nice Portuguese restaurant close-by- O'coqueiro and...

We stayed here for several days and it was okay. We payed 600 and you get what you pay for, except we had some diffeculties with poor wifi. But the room and shower was good. Gilbert seemed like a nice person and the one to go to, he can help with scooter as well.

A petite homestay within a residential colony in Diu. All places of interest are within walkable distance. The rooms are very basic and affordable (Rs 600 per night), offering only a table, two chairs, and a couple of single beds. One must keep in mind that this homestay offers only a place to crash in. Buy your own drinking water...

I chose this from review. I sent them mails but there was no reply. Then I called up for booking. But, booking was only confirmed after I called up after reaching Ahmedabad. This is perhaps most economical stay at @200 per bed. No food was available. We were a family of 5 adult and 2 kids. 2 rooms were allotted....

Warm host. Nice place. Helpful guide and you meet interesting people who have come backpacking to India. No ac and TV but then at the price you shouldn't complain. The continental breakfast is awesome. Try pancake with banana and honey.
