This is our second visit to shalom . note :we visit Goa every year since last 7 years and I must say thr is no other place like Shalom resort. Special thanks to Ganesh ji for making our stay superb. Can't express in words their warm welcome service everything. It's best place for kids also. We r sure now it's gonna be our permanent place to stay whenever we visit Goa.

This is the 3rd year we have returned to the same hotel and we have NEVER done that before. As always Ganesh is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for him. A genuine, kind hearted soul. I never want to leave Goa and my 3 weeks zoomed past in the blink of an eye. I wish I was still there.

It was a pleasant stay at Shalom@Goa. Mr.Ganesh, Jai and all the team out there have a great ambience for their guests. The maintenance of the room was neat and clean. One thing to check on are the beds. Its a bit uncomfortable for the young couples 😜

It was really an awesome holiday. Starting from day one till the check out Mr. Ganesh has given such a good customer service which I have never experienced in even 5 star hotel. His humble nature had impressed me and my family a lot. I will not search for any other option in Goa other than Shalom Resort. Thanks to all the staff and especially Mr Ganesh.

USP of this place is Mr Ganesh the owner of the hotel. He is really GEM of a person and i haven't seen any person so much more accommodating and kind. Whatever you need whether bike/car or any other support he is always ready to help. During the stay he ensures that you are really looked after. All the staff are wonderful, always smiling and ensure that place is always clean and tidy. It does not surprise me, that once you stay over here, you don't want to stay at any other place and keep coming back. Hotel is located at walking distance from the beach and market is nearby where you can get everything you need, still the place is safe, quite and peaceful for your holidays. I have coming regularly with my family and it always feels HOME away from HOME. Now we are not sure whether we are coming to GOA for holidays or to meet Ganesh :) With all his love and care we feel like we are going to family and not just a resort. Shalom lives up to its name and gives peaceful times..... Thank you, Ganesh, Will meet you soon, next year.…

This place is frugal and modest, said that its not an average resort. Ganesh and his team took very good care of us during our stay and went far out to assist us in every way when needed. We felt as if we were living in a family home with all that care and love. Our rooms were very clean and so was the premises.

Very nice experience. 5 min walk from Candolim beach. The place is clean, the caretaker is helpful and non-fussy, and there is good parking space. The rooms are spacious and the place is ideal for families. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is laundry provision too

I'm gobsmacked by the review given by Navtajcheema7 2 days ago. The comment about the pathetic hotel is very upsetting to me and my family as we stay at Shalom every year during our visit to Goa all the way from Ireland. If you have some personal problems never project it towards others. I have been in Shalom several times with my family over the past 18 years. But never had a single complain about the owner Mr.Ganesh. He is a gem of a person and always keep the hotel well. He looks after his guest, the staff and his hotel very well. The location is just right and the hotel is the perfect place if you are looking for a safe,quite and peaceful place on your holidays. The only way I can describe SHALOM as always is "A HOME AWAY FROM HOME" GOD BLESS GANESH AND SHALOM TOO.

I did not have great experience. First of all hotel is old styled, old door locks, old beds. Room was not cleaned prior to check in. Bathroom flush was leaking. Complained the owner i.e. Ganesh Manjrekar started arguing and asked us to check out. Ultimately had to check out at night.
