Average budget hotel located near landmark of city Town hall. Exterior elevation & structure of hotel is looking very good. But inside the room its look of average hotel's room. There is non-ac room also. Check-in was prompt & smooth. Room service's staff taking a time little bit longer. It is suitable for short stay of 3-4 hours. not worthy...

I checked into this budget hotel last week, but was disappointed with the room and overall ambience. ofcourse they do not charge much, and the hotel is conveniently located. the room service and housekeeping is good, but the room had windows opening into the corridor so I could not keep the curtains open.

It was clean. The food as well as the hotel service was even prompt and quick enough. But, two incidents pissed me off. They called me up in the room via the intercom and ask me whether they could fix some curtains. I politely declined. But, they had the audacity to send people to the room and ask "Sir please...

Staff at hotel extremely helpful and friendly, average hotel in process of renovation. Rooms large, a few cockroaches in the bathroom bit was comfortable for the price. Good for a short stay. Staff really made the stay enjoyable. Close to Law Gardens with night market & shops around the corner on main road, nice to visit

Booked one suite room for 2 days from their website and presented the booking printout to hotel receptionist, but they have rejected the booking blaming on the web site company. They charged more than required. Since I visited with my family, and my 4 year old son was sleeping (at 6am) so we were not able to go to other...

- big, comfy bed, hot showers, a/c and good food. Friendly service too, helped us when we were overcharged for a taxi. - big, comfy bed, hot showers, a/c and good food. Friendly service too, helped us when we were overcharged for a taxi.

I booked the cheapest room that the hotel had to offer. This was a windowless room - not for the claustrophobic. It did not have a phone connection which meant that I had to go down to order room service (which defeats the purpose, no?). However, the rooms were clean, the water was hot, the food was okay and the...

It can't be a coincidence that there is no hot water available, no tea/coffee at the restraunt, no cab service on time, no room service all happening at same time at that too over a stay of one night. Room was smelly, no ventilation in toilets and very noisy surroundings. I had prefer to come to my room for sleeping...
