Free water bottle was given only on 1st day. Conveniently located on the edge of Dal lake, opposite gate 7 on Boulevard road. Free parking for guests. Infrastructure: Very old property which needs maintenance. Fellow tourists were complaining about broken things in the toilet and rooms. The hotel is not that clean, you could feel oily floors. Our bathtub had leakage so all of the bathroom used to get wet. Has genrator backup if there is no electricity. Food: Food is average to good. Lunch and dinner items like paneer achari, mix veg, papad were spicy. Mutton Rogan Josh is good. Most breakfast items like omlette, paratha, Upma are very good.

Extremely bad experience. The rooms were dirty, water logging in the bathroom and in the wash basin. Lift not working. Even in the suite, towels were called on request. We requested for an extra bed, mattress on the floor was provided. We requested for an extra quilt - which was refused. Only good thing was cooperative resturant staff. They were nice.

Great location & nice hotel according to rating our rooms were upgraded to Suites facing Dal lake huge rooms with nice view.Restaurant Dawat serving mughlai food is also nice.Nice eateries & market nearby.Overall a nice hotel at a great location

Good hotel superb location and Very Very Very cooperative and supportive staff. The hotel has a superb location just opposite Dal lake. The hotel is well maintained and has spacious rooms. The service is prompt. We had a 2 day stay Mr Dawar is gem of a person very cooperative he helped me just like a brother when I needed help urgently. My son got injured in night at 11:30pm and so we rushed to the reception for a vehicle but as there was no vehicle available so Mr Dawar got his bike and took me to hospital, When we reached there the private hospital they refused to treat him so he took me to other hospital and got there we got first aid. The restaurant staff is also cooperative. The food was yummy they got me Dal Makhani on my request when it was not on their buffet menu. He also got paneer paratha for my child on special request, what else can one expect from them. All the staff regularly came to ask about the health of my child.…

This property is absolutely exceptional and highly convenient. The staff were incredibly hospitable, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and the charm of the location was simply amazing, especially with the stunning view of Dal Lake. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which provided both warm and cold choices. In addition, the reception staff, specifically Mr Dawar, went above and beyond in providing us with helpful information and making bookings for us. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exemplary display of exceptional hospitality.

Very nice hotel. The location is very beautiful and commutable. Best one in Kashmir. Staffs are very polite. Best part is clean and hygienic. The rooms are spacious with a great view of dal lake. Food is good too.

We walked from the gate till the reciption the staff saw us no one came for help ,When we checked in the guy looked like he was in a bad mood asked him for a different room he said all rooms r booked .Then we went to the room ,the bags were kept and the guy asked for a tip, then we saw the bathtub dirty and there was a used soap kept the tiles broken in the bathroom ,then the pillows weren't clean there is no central heating ,a small heater for the whole room ... we asked for blanket n pillow ,the guy started asking for a tip.when we went down we conveyed our grievance to the f&b manager ,he was sympathetic with us . The waiter in the restaurant served with smile but didnt let us eat was trying to tell us next time u come call me and i will book the best hotel for u ..today when we checked out for 3 bags there were 5 guys n when we said one guy is enough a guys comes and says u didn't give anything for housekeeping .I was also told by one staff that since I booked with MMT I was given a bad room and if I would have booked with them directly I would have got a better room ..I had a question in my mind does the staff here get salary or just lives on tips ...worst attitude from staff ....Hope the future guest who plan to stay with them actually feel WELCOME and not unwelcome like us ..…
