Very nice Hotel.. and central to Srinagar. Everything is nearby and easily accessible by autos and public transport. Special call out for Fayaz. He was at the restaurant for our entire trip of 5 nights. He always went out of the way to make our stay memorable and great. The fact that I am writing this after 45 days of stay tells big tome about his service ! Manish

The hotel was very comfortable with courteous and helpful staff and beautiful interiors. The rooms were clean and spacious with all possible amenities provided. The gym was also well equipped and there were plenty of areas to sit outside the room on each floor and in the lobby. The restaurant was good, the staff at the restaurant was extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Fayaz for his friendly hospitality. There was some minor issues: the heat/cooling was the same for each floor, which created an issue when another room on the same floor wanted heat when we wanted cooling. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this for your next trip to Srinagar.

It’s the last stay of our journey and we were tired to the core. We were looking for a comfortable stay without any hurdles. We booked this hotel based on the reviews and from the time of reservation till the stay, everything is awesome. We were received well and their security scanning is top notch. They ensured we were comfortable and the room given to us is little big as we need an extra bed but still it is more than enough. The room heater and running hot water was working all the time without any intervention. Whatever we ask, they ensured we are getting it on time. They also provide us a very high speed Wi-Fi internet which normally other hotels doesn’t do so often. Restaurant is awesome and I would like to call out Mr. Firdoss who helped us a lot especially for my daughter. He is very polite and ensured we were getting whatever we needed. Check-In and Check-Out was hassle free and its due to Mr. Aariff and Falak mam. Both of them did a great job and especially Mr. Aariff explained as in and out of the hotel including the mini-theatre which we dint get time to enjoy. Overall it’s a pleasant stay and the hotel staffs (Mr. Aariff, Falak mam and Mr. Firdoss) ensured we are comfortable. I loved this hotel not only because it was comfortable but also mainly the way we were treated by the staff right from the time we checked in untill we checked out. The front desk staff, the f&b staff at the restaurant, all were lovely people. They became as our family.....each meal they would come up to us and make sure the food was to our satisfaction...food was excellent...Thank you everyone for making us feel at home.

Four points by Sheraton at Srinagar was truly a comfortable and pleasant stay for us in our Kashmir trip. The hotel staff is trained in such a way that they make your stay most memorable. The rooms are also up to the standards and have all the amenities what we need. They are spacious and well maintained. I am recommending Mr Umar from the front office who made my check in hassle free. Before my check in he kept the room ready and made all the requisites possible which I demanded. Chef Shabib is truly gem who gave me the mouth watering dishes. Also I received best service by Rehan. This hotel is must visit in Srinagar Stay. Highly recommended for its hospitality. Stayed 2 nights. Hotel was center to all sightseeing places. Situated next to army camp & big road. Very good sound proofing. Modern, comfy room. Breakfast was below expectations. Not much tasty though variety. Staff were slow & even with few guests, breakfast staff seemed disorganized. Front desk staff were helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at the four points Sheraton. Do not believe the media, the place is safe as is the hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and we were upgraded to a better room facing the holy Shankaracharya hill. The breakfast and dinner selections are amazing. We had arranged cab services for touring inside and outside the city including Naranag and Sajjat our driver is very very good. Please ask for him.Additionally, when I realized my pre paid sim will not work hotel staff including Umer Aarif and flask loaned me their phones to make calls. Sanjay gave us his SIM. Kashmiri people are so welcoming and we loved our stay. Special shout out to Faiser from housekeeping, Mubashir from dining who really made our stay special. I am so glad we could not find rooms at Lalith and could stay here - best choice…
