Very friendly Staff.. the food was decent and they took the effort to ensure jain menu as well....suite rooms have great view compared to the rest and most importantly they have a reading space with few books ...very well thought in design

We stayed in hotel lemon tree srinagar.its excellent in all fields. All the staff r very good and polite well-behaved. It is a decent hotel that serves the purpose. However, nothing to boast of. We stayed for a night and found it okay. 1. Location - The hotel is located just opposite the cantonment area so provides a sense of additional security. However, this keeps it away from most of the tourist attractions. 2. Accommodation - The rooms are decent at best and have not been maintained well. 3. Food - Food is okay to spend a day or two. 4. Hospitality & Service - The staff is functional at best and may need additional training/sensitization to be at par with other Lemon Tree facilities. 5. Others - Lemon Tree has taken over this from some other group but it wasn't fully at the standards we may expect.

The staff are extremely good and they are very good at nature. They had treats us in a very special way. Especially Sajad HK, Danish F&B, Hyder, and Owais these are the staffs of Lemon tree Hotels which i liked the most. They treats their guests very well.
