Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Small enough to feel like a boutique hotel but facilities like a large property. We heard they are increasing their room count soon. The rooms, common areas and grounds are very well maintained. The staff are all phenomenal, we had many odd requests at all hours as we were staying as part of a wedding party. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. Special mention to Mohsin who helped us many times during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Srinagar or hosting an event in Srinagar.

Hi We travelled to Srinagar with our extended family and spend 4 nights in the resort .The resort is about 45 minutes drive from Srinagar International Airport .Check in was very smooth and we waited in the lounge while all formalities were completed .The lounge serves complimentary tea/coffee and snacks every evening.Rooms are spacious though view from rooms is limited .A new wing is being constructed which is likely to have excellent views.It has two restaurants where they serve breakfast ,lunch and dinner.Breakfast has a good spread and taste. it has a good gym ,TT room and outdoor badminton facility for family recreation .The car rental service is very good with courteous drivers .Special mention of Mr Aaquib (Front office) , Mr Hussain (Housekeeping) and Mr Soumya in F&B. Major tourist destinations are close by like Dal Lake ,Mughal Garden etc. Overall a very pleasant experience…

The ambient was ok Good Gym with modern equipments Foods area to be reviewed. Almost same varieties of foods are repeated each day till we stayed. Housekeeping boy Mohsin was taking good cared of rooms.

Nice hotel. Great service and good food. Only prob is the switch off the water heaters and the water is cold, not even warm, remember it’s Srinagar. Also it’s is bit far off from the city, secluded area types. We had multiple meals in the hotel, and almost everything tasted good.

Great service and staff. Good location. Nice views from the central lawn. Well maintained outdoors. Restaurant staff was polite and friendly. House keeping staff was very cooperative. Facilities for badminton, table tennis and a gymnasium. Rooms need to be refurbished. Look dated.

A relaxing property, with courteous service, well-fitted rooms, and easily accessed. The dining experience is above average(it can be better). However, what stood out was the aspirational and cordial service provided by the three hospitality interns Zeenat, Munibas, and Zunira(I hope i got it right). These young ladies put their best out to provide topline service at the coffee shop and the restaurant. God bless them.
