A good stay at The Oterra

Stayed seven nights at The Oterra in June 2022. Room was very good, spatious, clean and offered a good view (8th floor). Breakfast buffet met the expectations. Dinner at main restaurant was good with a variety of dishes. The menu at The Terminus didn't offer much but the Fried Rice was good. Staff was friendly and helpful Pool area was good but only seemed to have three sun beds it seemed.

Very fine hospitality

I stayed with The Oterra for 15 days and it was top notch hospitality. The housekeeping was overwhelming, Surekha was there to help me with my daily chores. The F&B people were welcoming and always treated me with the best.

I really enjoyed staying here.Abhirami from the Guest Relations was very sweet and made feel comfortable throughout the stay. Decor and staff

Review

We really liked the food here, they have good verity. The buffet area was very nice as well, with one side full of plants and glass wall. The staffs were polite and warm, one of them was Harshita and she was very helpful
