Location and amenities are good , the rooms are spacious , the only negative thing if any I can think about is that the room's wooden floors may require some repair as it makes creaking sound while walking . But overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Also a sumptuous buffet complimentary breakfast to start your day.

We checked in to the Zuri hotel to ring in the new year.
Rooms : The have been uniquely designed. The bed was very comfortable. The standard room bathrooms also had a bathtub. Only improvement required is that the rooms are starting to age - wallpapers and flooring will need to be renovated soon.
Food : Both dinner buffet and breakfast buffet spreads were lavish at the Karibu. The taste was great.
Amenities: There are several restaurants including Bling which is a club. There is an infinity pool and a gym as well.
Location: It is located at a walkable distance from Forum Shantiniketan mall and the IT hub of Whitefield.
Overall we had a great stay and the service was fantastic in spite of the New year crowd.

Booked in for 2 nights on our way to sri lanka. Booked one of the junior suites. The room was huge with a large bathroom and bedroom, separate sitting area and another toilet room with wash basin. The decor is not to my taste and some parts were looking a bit worn but overall it was a great clean room. The hotel is a way out from central bengaluru and the transport is not the best but will be easier when metro line fully linked. Breakfast was delicious and the wait staff were amazing, helpful attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff we met were lovely and a credit to the hotel. I did mark down slightly as we arrived early 9am and check in was not until 1pm. We had to pay a 50% room rate for 4 hours. If we had booked the cheapest room I could understand but we booked a much higher graded room and having travelled to many countries They have always accommodated an early check in for nothing. I think 50% for 4 hours is excessive. Other than that a pleasant stay.

Went to Bangalore on business and we stayed at Zuri for a week. The staff makes you feel welcome and cared from the moment you arrive. The rooms, restaurants, bar and pool are kept spotless while providing great service at all times. It was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend if you visit Bangalore! Very nice hotel that i frequent regularly since some years for Business trips Large choice of restaurants and buffets. Amazing choices at breakfast Nice room a bit cold with climatization All the employee are at your help permanently Concierge Mr Manoj is driving with great professionalism and punctuality the fleet of cars for pickup and other transportations. Pathetic Service. I wish I could give it zero ratings. I got late for the breakfast by 5 minutes so I requested the manager if I could have it while the food plates were still on the carts they use to take the food in and out of the kitchen. The manager said that they have a strict policy where they close the buffet at 10 am. When I requested if he could get me a few items directly from the kitchen, he said no. Finally bit frustrated with his no, I enquired about what they would do with the leftover food. His response was they throw the leftover breakfast items after 10 am. Have stayed in many 5-star hotels, and every hotel keeps breakfast till 10:30 am. Even if you get late, they accommodate you and make sure you don't leave without having breakfast.
Only book this hotel if you are not fond of great hospitality.

One of the best 5* properties I have stayed so far. Zuri offers unconventional yet luxurious interiors which gives you a grand feeling even in their standard luxury room.
Based on the ITPL main road, this property is well connected to most happening places of Whitefield.
Most courteous and smart staff. They know how to welcome guests and it's a well coordinated team.
Linens, cleanliness and amenities inside the room are impeccable.
Very well thought and managed arrangements to tackle COVID situation.
All in all a must visit property!

Good hospitality. Excellent service by the hotel management. Especially the housekeeping staff Pavan, Lakshmi, Manoj, Sangeeta are friendly and professional.
Suggestions:
I request Hotel management to cut the water served in plastic bottles and serve in glass bottles instead. This will help reduce plastic waste significantly.

Well maintained property with all the amenities a business traveler needs. Service level was excellent in all areas. Food options were plentiful, with the main level buffet being the most popular. During my stay I used the gym facility several times, and I also booked a 90 minute massage at the on-site spa. Gineesh was attentive and adapted the massage style per my request and feedback. It was just what I needed to prep for the long travel days ahead.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing especially Mariam Fatima(Front Desk) . Fatima helped us for early breakfast and ensured that we get packed breakfast for early flight, though she was working night shift she called us early morning to check whether we got the breakfast packs on time, highly appreciate her dedication. Other staff also went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Id be very surprised if this was allowed in the room, the only "cooking" available in the room is electric kettle for coffee. But the service is pretty amazing, Im sure they would do it for you

We have an well-equipped 24-hour gym and our professional gym instructor will be available anytime between 6 am and 10 pm also we have the below mentioned equipments available like,
Treadmill, Cross Trainer, Cycling, Bench Chest Press, Lats Pull down, Lower back Machine, Leg Extension, Abdominal Machine, Shoulder Press Machine & 1 to 26 Kg Dumbbells.
