Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. It was a wonderful experience visiting this lovely property sitting snug in a sprawling landing in the midst of concrete and lush. A hotel at the end of the day, is only as grand and warm as it’s people. And it seems apparent as you set foot at the property. And one such person worth mentioning here is Ms Jiya Nadkarni, the Guest Relation Manager, there. She is a young vibrant and absolutely courteous and confident young woman. What an amazing experience! We couldn’t find a table inside because we impulsively walked in, but that’s probably the best thing that happened to us. We ended up sitting by the pool side and at the bar. Saurav, our mixologist was an added bonus. He made us excellent drinks and indulged us in all his cocktail making talent. The food was great, more than anything the hospitality and service is something to experience.
