The location is really good. The hotel is decent, stayed here for 2 days. Nice rooms, nice restaurant, decent overall. Perfect for a short trip, many options nearby in terms of restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel is ideally locally near MG Road and Brigade Road. Excellent for people who are interested in shopping and site seeing. I was allowed to checkin early, was dissappointed as soon as i entered into the room. Telephone, TV, and AC was not working. I had to call housekeeping to correct it. I was there for 2 days, the... I found the room rent pretty reasonable for the cleanliness and hospitality they provided. Food was okay, we only had breakfast. You can have better food just 10 Mts ahead at Empire instead!! There is no wifi facility provided and a huge network issue in bangalore as such when you are on roaming. Make sure you plan your day properly... More

..for the same price, in Bangalore, u can find better hotels, both for the rooms (these are quite old, and need to be fixed in some points) and for the quality of service. The Indian breakfast is excellent, but is evident that they're more used to indian than to international guests; waiters are not always very efficient. Besides that, rooms... More

We treat ourselves to a hotel that we thought would be better than we normally stay in, but for the price we paid we were disappointed. Here's the pro's and cons: Pros: Clean and comfortable; housekeeping were wonderful and gave us helpful, friendly service - they couldn't do enough for us; breakfast was good, even though it was served in...
