beautiful view from the balcony, friendly owners, very remote area - that was exactly what we were looking for. we stayed in Windhaven resort only for 2 nights and we didn't want to leave this place. beautiful mountain area where you can easily go for a nice walk and find the most incredible views of Kerala. Its a very economical place to stay and they also have a tree house if you are interested. The resort is opposite to the koravan korathi statue and u can trek to ramakalmedu from there. They have a jeep on call to take you to some nearby sightseeing and off roading. The food is very healthy and i believe no...

I actually stayed along with my colleagues for weekend after business visit in Idukki. Stayed here before a year. Camp fire, wth live grilled chicken, trekking to the hills along with the manager mini . everything was so good with the support of excellent guidance by mini. When you are planning for Kerala holidays, please do not miss this pristine hill station called Ramakkal tourist center. Wind Haven is located right in front of the tallest twin statue of Kerala. February 2017 first week we went to Ramakkal Medu without prior booking anywhere, visited different accomodations and then selected Wind Haven .Rooms and toilet very clean,rent very reasonable and most convenient location.All required amenities are there.These are the reasons for selecting Wind Haven.Stayed in Wind Haven for two nights and left fully satisfied.Tasty breakfast (complimentary) was served.Room are very spacious.Value...

The treks and the jeep rides are a must do here.. the hills there gets crazy windy early mornings and evenings.. Trekking when its windy is an amazing experience.. Good rooms and very tasty food too.. anyone would love the climate there.. the hotel staff are very nice people.. Must visit..!!

We have got this hotel through an agent therefore didn't know anything about it before. It turned out to be a very nice place! The best part of it is Mini, the hotel manager. Mini gave us nice advice on what to do around and we enjoyed our trekking. Rooms were clean and spacious, with hot water - what else...

We visited this resort last week..firstly it is way way out of the main city and it doesn't have any such wow factor that i should travel that long to visit it...secondly. restaurant service was pathetic..the lady at the reception was herself cooking for people and one thing at a time...people kept on waiting and half of them left including...

This hotel is advertised as part of Thekkaddy, however it is 30 kms away from it. Rooms are very average, with not so great facility. Food and wifi is very poor. Breakfast options are very much limited. Will suggest to look for some other hotel near Thekkaddy or Kumily instead of this. Not sure, why it got TA award for...
