Situated in a 250 year old colonial house in the heart of Fort Kochi, Walton's Homestay is clean, comfortable and at walking distance from most places of tourist interest and interesting eateries. The owner, Mr. Walton is an excellent host and something of a local historian. If you stay at Walton's, you don't just get a cozy place to stay...

Waltons homestay is a fabulously clean and comfortable place to stay in the center of Fort cochin. Mr.Walton was extremely helpful in recommending places to do, see and go. He also organised our day trip to the backwaters and gave us a list of recommendations for where to stay in our following destination. He also has a fantastic book shop...

We had an excellent stay in Waltons...lovely clean room and a truly amazing couple. Excellent value for money..will definitely be back. Mr.Walton was so helpful with his maps and it was such a peaceful garden, full of birds and butterflies. The guesthouse had a very friendly atmosphere unlike many other hotels that we stayed in all around India.

I stayed at Walton's guesthouse for 4 nights. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The Walton family and staff are friendly and helpful. You can have whatever you want for breakfast. Wifi is free, but only available in the common room.

The location on Princess Street ideal. It's a five minute walk to historic churches or the sea shore for lively activity, street vendors and the sunset. There are numerous restaurants nearby and even a couple of bars if you want to enjoy a cold beer. The front of the guest house is an historic old building and the rooms have...

We stumbled across Walton's homestay by chance when we had no pre-booked accommodation for that night. It is located in the midst of Fort Kochi down a vibrant little side road with boutique shops and cafes. The homestay had lovely quirky features - it is an old Dutch building, and nearly all of the rooms faced a beautiful spice and...

Walton's is a great homestay. Everybody agrees that the location is excellent, the rooms impeccable, the garden gorgeous and the atmosphere friendly and helpful. I can only add how very grateful we are to the Walton family. We arrived at their homestay in crisis. My husband's minor leg injury took a sudden change for the worse on the short flight...
