We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the quietness n the midst of Fort Cochi. Pricing is very good and room was spacious, clean and calm. We enjoyed the roof-terrass with great view over rooftops and! the fantastic rain treas by Vasco da Gama Square seen from there. We booked our tickets to the KATHAKALI show (not to be...

I stayed two nights. Very reasonable Rates for the location. I've had a clean room and bath. No Moskitos. The Owner is very friendly and helpful with everything. Recommend this place for travellers with smaller budget as u can find plenty of places in cochin for 1000+

This is for their bakery n restaurant downstairs where I ate often. The breakfast options are good n decently priced. The best is their veg thali (meals). A little spicy but at 60rs (refills too) it was the best u can have at that price. Nice tea n sweet options too.

Stayed at the Elite for 3 nights. Basic rooms and basic amenities. Friendly service and the older man at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful, told us lots about Kerala state and helped us book onward travel and our backwater tour which were both the same price as found elsewhere in Fort Kochi. Great location on Princess Street...

we didn't stay in this hotel but used the bakery loads while there. Plenty of choice, good service and good helpful advice from the owner. Highly recommended for all budgets and travellers. The scramble egg and toast was the best Ive had in India, nice thick fresh bread each time.

We stayed one night here – arrived late at night, the owner was very nice and flexible, and helpful. The room was big enought, with a basic, but clean bathrooms. The price was reasonable. The bakery was a relief in the morning. : )

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. It is in the middle of Cochi, the beach, all sights and good restaurants are not far. Rooms are clean and the manager is very nice. Bring mosquito nets as the protection that is "attached" to the windows is definitely not enough. There is free Wifi though not very reliable.

The hotel is in an ideal location of Fort Kochi. It is on a street with great places to eat and they also have their own restaurant which is often full of people. The room was clean, comfortable and nice. Really good place to stay for budget travellers. Very nice owner. Recomended!

We enjoyed 2 lunches and returned a few times to buy bakery goods during our stay in Fort Kochi. We found the food to be good and service was fine also. On both occassions we were the only non Indian patrons and took that as a good sign. All menu items were very reasonably priced and were generous portions.

Our room had four holes (for circulation?) at the top of the ceiling, which exposed us to outside bugs. We could NOT sleep because of all of the mosquitoes! My husband and I woke up with at least 50 bug bites each (I promise I am not exaggerating!). He actually had an extreme allergic reaction to either the mosquitoes or...
