The place has grandeur combineren with modesty. Clean rooms hidden away in a lush green jungle like garden. The owners, Ashley and Sheeba go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. Good place to meet other travellers too.

Everything you read about Sheeba is true. She greets her guests as if they are her long lost children and says goodbye with the concern of a mother seeing her child off on their travels for the first time. Nothing is too much trouble and she and her husband Ashley are totally dedicated to ensuring their guests have all the...

We returned to Greenwoods Bethlehem again this year to enjoy the hospitality of our hosts, Sheba and Ashley. They are so kind and thoughtful. The rooftop breakfasts set amongst the treetops are delightful and nothing is too much trouble to make our stay enjoyable.

The guesthouse is set in a tranquil setting surrounded by trees, plants and flowers. There is a large shaded roof terrace to relax in during the afternoon and where complimentary Indian breakfast is served. On my first night I stayed in the non AC bamboo hut on the roof terrace which was spacious and nicely furnishes but had no shower,...

After a long journey from the UK, we were greeted with a very enthusiastic warm welcome and an offer of breakfast whilst our room was prepared early. There are lots of trees in the place and nice birdsong to give it a very relaxing feel. The rooms are comfortable (we came.back and stayed in another room). Many rickshaw drivers etc...

A lovely start to our trip. Neat and comfy bedroom in a leafy oasis. Great roof terrace for breakfast and tea. Not too far to walk to the main tourist spots. Hosts are really warm and helpful and immediately put us at ease. Excellent value. Wish we'd booked a longer stay!

Best place in for Chochin! Cheeba is a superb host, very sweet and very attentive to everybody n needs. Best host ever! My girlfriend and I got the unpleasant surprise that our luggages were lost somewhere on the way from Europe to India. Cheeba gave us full support and helped us big time to handle the very unprofessional Cochin airport...

Ashley and Sheeba are incredible hosts! They truly make you feel welcome from the minute you get to the homestay. The actual facilities are clean and calming. The location is perfect - far enough away from touristy areas to be quiet but also very walkable to all major sites. Highly recommended!

Sheeba and her husband Edwin have been the most welcoming hosts I've had this trip. Sheeba holds your hand when you check in and Edwin gives you a detailed run through of the map of Kochi. Every morning when Edwin comes up to breakfast he comes up to say good morning to me. Being a solo traveler here in Kochi...
