We stayed here for 3 nights in a heritage room booking in person when in town. The room itself is lovely with all modern amenities. Breakfast included was tasty and varied as we are vegetarian they let us try local breakfast dishes which was very kind. The lady who takes the breakfast order was very friendly and smiley. Perfectly located spacious and clean home stay. We (2 parents 2 children) enjoyed our time at the residency, exploring the markets and the beach. Close to good restaurants. The residency service was attentive and the food was alway fresh and tasty. We would stay again.

Great family run residency. Excellent location, well kept, great decor too. We enjoyed our time there. If you are looking for a peaceful area around the area then this is a great place. Staff provided anything we requested. We joined yoga, and martial art show guided by the staff. Their transport service with Muneer is great, A/C cars. Thank you.

A beautiful, well maintained homestay run very efficiently. It is an old Dutch style house and even the new additions seem to keep its character. It is a short walk to Cochin Beach and the waterfront where something is always happening.

Homestay was great and the Dahl and Roti restaurant next door was simply excellent. Both places treated us so well. After the crowded north, it was wonderful to walk to the Chinese nets in the morning and see the sports events close by.

I was so glad to come here! The place is on a quiet side street. The lady who runs it is super helpful and welcoming. We had delicious breakfasts and the owner booked concerts and trips for us. We also got our laundry done, which was fantastic.

Absolutely lovely reception lady. Spacious rooms. House of character. Offers trips to Backwaters and booking (without charge) of tickets for Kathakali or classical dances at the Kathakali Centre. Also laundry for a reasonable price. 2500 Rs/night is far from cheap but didn't feel excessive. Complimentary (english) breakfast.
