Wonderful hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel and pool provided a calm and tranquil sanctuary after exploring the hot and busy streets of fort Cochin. Visited with family of 5. Recommended. Enjoyed dinner outdoors with local background music.

Indeed a fantastic job! I am genuinely impressed. The hotel is simply charming. It is located in a building which is 300 years old and you can feel the energy of time. Go for a suite - you will not regret, I promise. The suites are not much more expensive than rooms. The designs are simple and elegant. Everything is...

About to spend our last of 7 days here. It is a beautiful sanctuary and a wonderful place to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. The staff,Sukesh,Vineetha,Pablo and Jude are extremely helpful and full of advice. There is an air of calm and peace at this hotel helped by the decor which is uncluttered and appropriate. We arrived in the mid evening and were immediately seduced by the outdoor dining, the sitar music and the beatiful lighting. The rest of our stay lived up to those first impressions with quiet, understated customer care from the charming staff. A few tips: if you are arriving from the airport , it is quite a distance so leave plenty...

We visited the Old Harbour for two nights as the first stop on an amazing tour organised by Kerala Travel. Our room was spacious with petals on the bed and a view of many beautiful birds (humming bird, kingfisher) in the hotel gardens. We were greeted by coconut milk and very friendly staff. Breakfast, served in a room overlooking the...

I spent four nights in this hotel unwinding after spiritual trip to the North of India. I loved the staff there! It's all about care and made me feel as if I were staying at home rather than hotel. Location is good, right next to the embankment of the bay which makes a daily morning walk convenient. The ferry is...

Another SLH hotel for us and another fabulous room upgrade. The suite we were given was truly stunning with a gorgeous room overlooking the park where the Chinese fishing nets are and crammed with excellent art that I would have loved to cram in my suitcase! Pretty much everything about the room was top class. The only gripe is that...

This is a really nice hotel to arrive at after a hot drive. Cochin is bigger than I imagined and The Old Harbour is tucked away near the waterfront overlooking a square. This was booked for us by Imagine India, as part of a trip where were lucky enough to stay in several heritage hotels. The Old Harbour did not...
