I stayed at Koshys on a school expedition. As a group leader it was excellent as all of the students were in their own self contained apartment whilst I stayed in the main family house. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our needs. The food was excellent, only surpassed by the generosity and kindness of our wonderful hosts, Zac...

I work for a travel company and on this occasion I was leading a trekking group in Sothern India. We spent four nights at Koshys Homestay and were so well looked after by the lovely owners that it really did feel like home. The food was first class, something different each day, always hit the spot. The owners were so...

Hosts were friendly and prepared a nice home cooked dinner and breakfast at a small charge. Room was comfortable. WiFi was available outside the room near the study table. A little away from town center with no street lighting.

We felt so much at home staying with Zac and Ramini in Kumily Village. They couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. A heart warming experience of a genuine 'ordinary' family home. Ramani took so much trouble with our breakfasts and evening meals. We ate a great variety of good food and really enjoyed her cooking and our interesting conversations....

Koshy's Homestay is convenient, clean, comfortable and in a quiet area of Kumily. It is right next to the elephants and the theatre and in easy reach of Periyar national park. Hosts Zac and Raema are a delightful couple who provide breakfast and an evening meal if required.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your home. Thekkady is quite a busy little town and staying at Koshys provided a welcome relief from the chaos. Ultimately when one travels in India it is important to realise that things like no hot water and loss of electricity are normal so people should not let such experiences negatively...

Just one of those lovely places where you feel at home in Kerala India. Coshes' is a small 3 roomed homestay with delightful hosts who want you to experience the best of Thekkady. Before we arrived Koyshy made sure we knew what was on offer in the National Park and pre-organised our Bamboo Rafting and Trek. He also organised our...

I would like to thank both Zach and Ramani for a wonderful and memorable time at their homestay. I travelled with an organisation called World Challenge last month and this was one of the best accommodation we had when travelling Kerala. It is very convenient since it's very close to many attractions such as Connemara Tea Factory, the Spice Gardens...

Zac and Ramani accommodated our large group making us feel completely at home in our new surroundings. They were so attentive to our every need, the house was kept neat and clean, and the food was incredible. There is also so much to do and see in the surrounding area.
