Be aware before you book with this hotel, that they are not a company you might want to do business with. I cancelled my reservation, over 2 weeks before scheduled arrival. I have been told that I will get my refund, but no refund. It's been over a month. This is a shoddy way to do business!

manager sucks on refunding money back, likes to steal from peoples accounts and never refund money if though the room was cancelled well in advance. when you call and they tell you the money will be back in your account and it isn't to me it is basically stealing!!! Edward is rude also. if you take someone's money out of...

Consider this property like old condos that have been partially renovated. They sport fresh exterior paint and new floor tile. The kitchens had a new refrigerator. However, the cement steps in front were covered by a sheet of plywood, the porch light didn't work, the furniture cushions were broke down and the mattresses worn out. The kitchen counter top and...

This is the second year we have held our family reunion at this Lodge. I have to say that we all had a great time. the very large Lodge room with a rock fireplace was perfect for our large group. Several of us rented cabins, and even though they are a little dated, the cabins really give you the mountain...

. We spent three nights at this lodge in a quaint 2 bedroom cabin. We were given real wood for our fireplace and my husband and I had a very cozy first night by the fire. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not. The next day we headed up the hill to Ski Apache and took the Wind...

Stayed here a few times and it's away from the busy streets so it's pretty nice. It's old and needs attention. Kitchen is provided but we prefer to eat at the local restaurants. Beautiful scenery and activities to do in town

I promised the person I spoke to that I would leave a terrible review and I keep my promises. I had to cancel a trip for March 2015. The day I made the reservation I was charged one night. I cancelled Jan 8, 2015 and as of today 1/26/15 have not been refunded. I have sent emails and have called...

Nothing was good about this place. The windows and doors leaked. It was freezing in the cabin. The bathroom was disgusting. Water ran all the time and texture on the walls was falling off. Hot and cold water turned off in different directions. Towel rack was falling off the wall. Kitchen wasn't any better; don't plan to cook here. Burners...

I had stayed here before on a school trip so i expected the place to be a bit different from what I remembered. Traveled on a faimily trip so we liked the setting of the lodge but i never got to see an actual employee. When we arrived aroound check in time there was no one in the office the...

Most of the time the 60s refrigerator didn't keep our food cold. The couple times it rained the skylight leaked. Several times we had to ask for more TP, no extra in the room. Heated pool was too cold to swim, hot tube out of order. Bathroom was a little larger than one on an airplane. Old thermostat would run...
