Huge property with easy access. Best location in Panchgani . Well maintained and decent staff. It has a Jain Temple of Mahavir Swami inside the Resort. I recommend for Jains consider staying at this place . Swimming pool, Kids Play area, Nice Home Theatre and good Food. Critical point : The Quality of all rooms are not up to the mark in terms of ambiance, interiors. Some maintenance is required for improving the living quality for the patrons Food items are very expensive consider buying a all meal package or at-least B&B . Overall good experience

The Villa was very good (good value for money). The service was great mainly due to one attendant Rekha Madam who was always available. So it was because of one person. You had to contact her on her mobile. The reason being there was no answer on reception or on room service. But whenever we called Rekha Madam on her mobile, she promptly did whatever was needed. THE MANAGER THERE BY THE NAME OF ASHWIN WAS VERY RUDE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO GUESTS. HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUSCH A RUDE MANAGER IN HOTEL INDUSTRY.

I stayed at this resort during my college friends trip. Amenities are attractive and food is really good and hygienic. Views from rooms I got is really eye pleasing. Everything is so beautiful here and our stay was very peaceful. Even we had DJ party of friday night.

We went with 3 couples and 3 kids and stayed there for 3 nights... We have booked 3 Room Villa. The rooms are very good with all basic facilities like kettle, fridge in each room. There is a common hall which we can use. The property is huge with good Gym, Swimming Pool, Disc(Not used). Theater was operational only once at 3 PM daily and so we were not able to access that facility. On request, they do provide milk for the children in night and haven't taken any charges for the same. Regarding cons : 1. The hot water is only available from 7:30 AM till 2 PM . In this winter season with temperature around 17 deg, it becomes difficult without hot water. This is the biggest let down for us. We cant plan anything early since we don't get hot water before 7:30 AM. 2. Food was average on few days. 3. Child play area was not clean. It has to be maintained well. 4. Room service was little bit poor.…

Nice ambience.relaxing surroundings.vegetarian though can have nonveg in nearby restaurants lime jaffer bhai.good to have own vehicle to be free to go to surrounding areas in panchgani and mahabaleshwar

The rooms were excellent , temple in the complex. the stem sauna were not working . tis is resort for a wedding. people go to panchgani to enjoy the rains and for the plesant weather. Nature lovers please do not stay here. you will be suffocated in the centrally AC rooms. food was good but price. no views.

Visited this hotel during Monsoon, so it was raining very heavily, Property is nice, but needs maintenance, Everything was perfect and the best thing is Temple inside the premises. Must visit property in Panchgani

We were welcomed by Rats in the room, Further extended to leaking toilets and dirty bedsheets loose plug points to charge any device. In matter of 2 night stay room service had to be called in to attend above mentioned issues which made our experience a pain rather than one to remember, above everything no manager and neither any management seemed to be interested to take things head on and solve the problem. To Add to this the Management claims to be Jain , Hence ends up serving bland boring or Oily food which doesn't do well for you if you are focused on eating decent food on a Holiday experience. Not worth the Money Not Worth Recommending to anyone.

One of the best resorts I have visited in Panchgani I had a wonderful stay at summer plaza resort. The staff was so welcoming and the the villa we stayed at was such so ecstatic and beautiful inside out. The rooms were very well maintains. The food was very delicious. The place was serenely beautiful. It’s a great place to visit with your family and friends.
