We booked a AC room but the AC was not working. The washrooms are not that clean. Even the intercom was not working. There were no door mats even outside the washroom. No soap or toothpaste.even the basic things were not provided. Wouldn't ever recommend this room for any one.

Horrible Experience. I won't suggest to book this hotel if you are with family as they allow bachelor boys and girls to do whatever they want. During our stay there were two groups of boys and girls checked in. While one was drinking and playing loud music another group was drinking and playing pool, talking very loudly till midnight. It was like a boys hostel. I even doubt that they have an alcohol consumption permit. Despite that they allowed it in their premises. All claims by OYO of a pleasant stay turned out to be a false. I have used OYO very first time and will never use it again. This hotel has other issues as well - It is a very old building, at least 30 to 40 years old. So everything was like hanging there and full of cracks. - Rooms are very stinking and smelly. - Linens were well worn-out and yellowish. You can smell dirt in them. - Google address of this hotel is incorrect so we had waste 30 mins searching for correct location. - They charged extra for kid but that was not mentioned anywhere at OYO app The only good thing was staff. They were courteous and always helped. It was a shock to this see hotel after so many good reviews. It seems all reviews are either fake or paid by OYO people. …

All my friends thanked me for choosing this hotel. Rooms were at affordable rates. Food,service,staff all was good. Panchgani is best in rainy season, thank you signature hotel.trip advisor wants me to write more before I submit. I don't know what more to write

A family holiday is never complete without a good place to stay. This Eid we had a remarkable stay amidst the warm hospitality at the Signature Crest. We had the best family experience at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is located at a 5-minute drive from the market. The rooms are spacious and have private balconies which provide fabulous views. Food is sumptuous. The hotel provides sightseeing arrangements. It was one of my best vacations in Panchgani with family.

Management upgraded our room to Sitout room because we were with kids and our dog.sitout room is a big rooms with Swing inside. Amenities were excellent. We had an amazing time I will definitely recommend other families to go there for a comfortable and relaxed stay.”

Me and my girlfriend went for her birthday at this hotel. They arranged a candle light dinner for us. The table was set properly and dimly lit with a candle and the food was excellent . They decorated the room with roses and balloons. The room was well organised ,clean and neat. The view from the window was great. The washroom was clean and hygienic. I would recommend this hotel for stay.

The signature crest has set a new standard in budget category.Very rarely have I experienced the wonderful staff and enjoyed the attentiveness delivered like this hotel. Management and owners of the Hotel must be proud of the staff. They provide excellent facility .Congratulations!

This place is not like any other place. It's very unique as it combines comfort and facilities of a hotel with homely charm. We stayed in a valley view room as they call it(actually it has a dhom dam view). Bed was comfortable. The view from balcony was spectacular. Ala carte menu is affordable and tasty. So thank you signature people for the smiles and memorable stay.

Very good valley view location and the rooms are clean.The staff is helpful and courteous . They helped us in planning the sight seeing schedules. Food is excellent. The chef Mr. Thapa made dishes as per our taste.
