My kid along with 200 kids from his Pune school stayed at this hotel for 2nights and 3 days. However their trip was cut short because approximately 90%kids fell sick on 2nd night. Kids complaining of stomach ache, vomiting, loose motions, all due to consuming food from.the Hotel, which would.have been stale uncooked, unhugencially cooked. It is not just 1 or 2 cases, kids in double digit, triple digit have fallen ill. They have been diagnosed with food poisoning. How can your Hotel stand still putting life of our kids at such grave danger? Your food was spicy, oily, left unattended and open without lids for long duration, water bottled unavailable or delayed while kids eating meals. So they had to drink tank water. Regardless water tasted different, bad. How can you all do this to kids? Post covid extra care is taken even by roadside vendors and your hotel could not ensure basic health of the kids? Shame on you Hotel. Millenium. Shame on you for causing so much distress and giving our kids bad experience and horrible memories of this trip because of your hotel's negligence Not 1or2.kids fell sick, almost 90% fell sick due to food poisoning. They are diagnosed with Food poisoning by their Doctors. We have certificates to prove it. All 2 days they had meal from your hotel. And you are placing blame on something on the way . Take responsibility, your food is substandard and has caused danger to health of our kids regardless it is 40 or 160 even one kid should not have been sick due to food poisoning after eating your hotel Food.

The location of the Resort in a serene environment and the property is well maintained. Staff was kind and courteous. Rooms were very clean but did not get housekeeping service for my 3 days 2 nights stay. I did not bother calling them as we were tired when we returned from sight-seeing and wanted to rest. Food was pretty good, we ordered room service for dinner. Breakfast was descent in terms of taste and spread. It's indeed a great place for youngsters and couples, though I would not recommend for elderly people or those who have trouble walking as the way to the rooms and cottages is quite steep. You need to climb a few stairs up and down to the rooms, dining area and Spa.

This hotel is at the far end of some road in Panchgani and placed so low on the ground that you do not have any views, either to a hill or to a valley or anything else on earth. Once inside the compound, it looks somewhat appealing with parking for around 25 cars on the left and row houses like rooms on the right. Behind the reception, they have swimming pool, game room and a gymnasium. Above the reception, they have the restaurant with indoor as well as outdoor seating. The food was decent though. The room size is okay, not big, but the bathroom was stinking of gutter smell as the exhaust was not able to do its job. On informing the front office, housekeeping staff came and sprayed some scent but again after few hours the smell returned. On exploring the property, found some tent cottages downhill and a good 'machaan' like structure at the end of the trail to idle around. Would like to stay at some other place 'with a view' on future visits to Panchgani.

The hotel is located among greenery, very close to nature. The luxury chalet experience is very different from any that we’ve had. That too at such an affordable price. The rooms were very clean & felt really peaceful. The staff was very courteous & willing to help. They also have an in house restaurant which has delicious & hygienic food. They also have a buggy ride for senior citizens which is super convenient.

We wanted a hotel away from the city hustle. This place was perfect. Walking distance from table top. The tents we stayed in were perfect quite spacious, the tent was very tastefully done up, very clean, breakfast variety was good with Indian and continental, staff was overall helpful.

Point no.1: Swimming pool was so dirty. Point no.2:Over booked and not able to arrange all items of dinner to all guests. Dinner started at 8:30 pm and items started getting finish by 9:45 pm itself. Point no.3: Breakfast was so normal and not suitable for all region of Indian guests. Milk was so cold for coffee preparation. Point No.4:While ordering at room hotel staff was saying jaldi jaldi bolo aur order lena hai.He was so rude and delivered order at room after 45 mins. Overall garden..park..walking area was maintained well..Room standard was good..Parking and check in/check out all ok. Overpriced to the facilities and service this resort has provided.
