- Property wise the hotel is good - Great view. - Clean room I stayed this property 3 times. But I feel service is slow. Few breakfast options and that to not up to the mark. Re-filling takes lot of time, You have to wait to get your item. Breakfast time is upto 10:30. But I was told that few items were over before that. At the price they charge, This is not acceptable. You will find better options at this price.

One of the best location property in Pachgani. Amazing unobstructed views of valley and Dhom dam backwaters. Calm, Peaceful, neat and clean, well maintained property. The veg restaurant, although compact, serves delicious food. The Pasta and Chinese dishes are must have and surely deserve a mention. We stayed in the Suite, which is more than adequate for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Very cozy, spacious, clean linens, good amenities in the room. The only drawback we observed was that the management allows Pets. The family in our adjacent room was staying with a dog which was a nuisance. The continuous barking particularly at night and feeling of insecurity due to its presence was disturbing and irritating. The hair of the dog gets scattered all over the rooms and linen, which could be a health hazard and frustrating to the subsequent occupants including the foul odour. Thats why most properties restrict pets. We have already given our feedback about this aspect. …

Excellent and nice large rooms, good and tasty food. Must visit for comfort stay. Good housekeeping. Beautiful view from the room. Enjoyed the morning sunrise. Ample parking space. No swimming pool. Bit costly.

Location is excellent. View from the room is amazing. Restaurant food is very good. But the restaurant space is very less. It gets very crowded in the morning at the time of breakfast. If you book directly from hotel ..you might get a better deal. Overall loved our stay at miraya

We loved our stay at Miraya Hotel.. Lovely property...well maintained... Gentle amiable staff facilitated the comfortable stay.. The Rooms and Dining area has unrestricted wonderful view of the mountains river and the valley beneath. I guess it would be even more breathtaking during the monsoons The rooms are spacious clean &minimally yet taste fully decorated. The side of the room facing the view is ENTIRELY DONE WITH GLASS So if you love being in the lap of nature, you can actually sit in your room all day and enjoy the view. The kitchen area and the stairs leading to those rooms downstairs needs some attention for decor as that is getting exposed to guests.. The complimentary breakfast spread is not large, yet enough to fill u up well. It's a veg only restaurant. Can check the Menu for other dishes beyond breakfast. The food quality is excellent. South Indian North Indian and Italian / Baked dishes are all good.. Didn't try out the Chinese... Veg khadai Aloo paratha Spinach soup Baked cheesey potato are all worth a repeat.. Room was nice with a beautiful valley view.It also had a balcony with seating arrangement and pretty flowers.Room was tidy and spacious. Washroom was also clean but amenities were lacking for the price I paid.Restaurant was neat and had valley view. Food was okay.Breakfast menu could have been more elaborate. Overall we had a pleasant stay here. P.S- There was no issue with cleanliness at all.

Very near and clean hotel, small yet so beautiful. Nice spacious rooms, great support staff specially Dheerendra Rawat. Nice meal portion. Pure Veg restaurant. Super scenic views of the valley and dhoom lake. Great sit out area with room. I would give 9/10 .
