it was rundown property, which doesn't have alternative rooms to offer, end up staying in a compromised way in very bad conditioned rooms. it was not even worth Rs. 1,000/- per night, we had ended up paying Rs. 4,500/- per night per room, worse experience ever. Since we had booked for two nights and lost Rs. 18,000/-, make my trip extend voucher worth Rs. 3,000/- as compensation, acknowledging the worse part of the property, please avoid this property at any cost. The entire rooms were not painted well, bed conditions were not great, bedsheets/toilet were in not so good conditions, no wifi beyond ground level (we're staying at 2nd level), and with a limited network to cell phone practically no connectivity during the stay the major challenge was very bad toilets, which was leakage in W/c pot and gifted with bad smell, without an exhaust fan, luckily, they end up putting exhaust fan at end of the first day of stay. we end up not using that particular washroom during the entire stay, and used another one for 6 audits and 2 children, as there was no choice left to us. They don’t have a kitchen to serve you food, they order from outside and make a profit on pricing as well, eg. On the first day we had offered Rice & dal just one portion for our child, and they had charged Rs.150/- for Dal & Rs. 100/- for rice, worse thing was it was not in great condition as coming from outside. Their pool was ok type but not maintained property, but nothing to avail in this property hence we had attempted to use the same, but not so good experience The management of the hotel reacts in a worse way to feedback from other users as well, pathetic property need to avoid at any cost.…
We had a lovely short break just after Christmas. The junior suite was spacious and well furnished, though the electricals could have done with an overhaul and an electric kettle would have been welcome. The view from our first floor suite balcony was lovely and we enjoyed having our breakfast there. Late evenings were spent relaxing in the open by the pool with family and food. The in house restaurant isn't functioning, so plan some delivery time when placing your food orders with reception.
It was terrible experience for my honeymoon. They had already blocked my card through booking.com and still asked to pay at the hotel. We were assured to get the room but then after reaching was treated miserably. Mr. Asim who called himself "A HOTELIER" has no ethics to talk to the customer was extremely rude and was continuously coughing, when asked by us to wear mask he and his colleague Miss Yasmeen was asking us to cough as well. Both of them was talking above their volume and was also threatening us to call boys to create what scenario had no clue. Would highly recommend to avoid stay here they are a big looters. Instead of this just behind this particular hotel there's a best accommodation could recommend anyone who is visiting panchgani "The valley Nest". Superb service, delicious food and awesome views. #superdissapointedmountviexecutivepanchgani.…
We stayed at this horrible place on Jan 10,11 2020. The hotel is horrible ( photos uploaded). The rooms are decrepit. We were 4 people and stayed in their "so called DUPLEX" apartment. It was actually a MEZZANINE FLOOR. So we knew the owners are CHEATS..and they charged us quite exorbitantly for that. The T.V which was 14 inches in size( who provides a 14" t.v. in a room whose charge is 4300 Rs per day) was not working, the outside of the hotel looks dingy, the food was below par in taste, and the manager or owner FIRDOSH was obnoxious, unprofessional and a THUG. Please avoid this place LIKE THE PLAGUE. 1 star is for the staff which was helpful.
I booked this hotel upon a friend's recommendation, although my friend had stay at their mount view heritage property, I thought why not try this. Much to my disappointment extremely filthy and run down rooms . The location and staff are very courteous, but when you complain about lights in the room not functioning they respond with empathy because there is nothing much in their control. Fan switch was not functioning, door wasn't closing, half the bulbs weren't working. Pillow covers were BLACK so was the duvet. Food was average. They charge for everything including pool table and breakfast. When asked if you have a breakfast inclusive package they refused. And I have paid 9200 for this room where we were not informed at the time of. Check in that the room would not be cleant if I do not leave my keys at the reception. Which meant that after paying 4500 for only room per night I don't even get basic housekeeping included. Wrong food order sent twice and chef is teaching me that triple schezwan rice is sent without a gravy and with white rice ! Where is it ever served like that atleast nowhere in India for sure. Horrible experience all in all .…
Went there in May 2019 with families. Booked two valley facing suites. Each suite can comfortably sleep 4-6. However they did not have AC. All of us had problems sleeping. The pool is awesome though as it is well maintained. Here are my ratings Please confirm if your room had air conditioning before you book in the summer months ( March to May ) as temperatures inside can reach upto 30 degrees Celsius. The seating area for restuarant is good and with a good view of the valley. Sleep Comfort level : 3/10 View :8/10 Food: 6/10 Pool: 8/10
We stayed during long weekend this Oct. This is a good budget hotel but slightly overpriced. Cleanliness can be improved. Best part is having swimming pool and gives extremely good valley views. We even could see sunrise from room it self.
By far one of the best hotel locations in Panchgani; super view of the valley! Old world ambience and charm, good food & great hospitality (thanks Parmar, Alok, Daya Shankar). Memorable experience overall.
I was here with my family for a weekend . We had booked a family room . The room was clean with a view towards beautiful mountains . The food served was also good . Overall the experience was very good here.
I visited this property with few friends of mine. I expected this property to be a good one as the location is great, but it was sad to see that only the exteriors of the hotel were taken care of and the rooms were full of problems. No towels (every time I would ask the I would get an answer that the laundry has not come yet, I got the towel at the time of my checkout), Tiles in the bathroom were broken, Flush button broken, Broken chairs in the room,Breakfast time mentioned was 7:30 to 11:30 but when we went there at 10 am they said that this is the last order. My 6 yrs old son was hungry at night so I called room service at around 11pm and requested them to at least give me bread butter and milk which they denied. Food quality 4/10...and way too costly. The staff was helpful though and its not their fault but the management should look after it. If you are traveling with family or kids please carry some food as they can deny room service any time.…
